absolutely lovely rooms, this place has recently been refurbished to a high tech level, parking for motorcycles via an incredible lift down to the basement, I think 12€ a night. I loved it staff breakfast with fruit and some cooked eggs etc, I would rather not tell people about it because the prices might go up. thanks for such good value and treatment.

Excellent location, good sized room, mini bar and safe in room, coffee making facilities in room.

Rooms have an unnecessarily complicated lighting system. We were given an attic room with a skylight and a sloping roof. There was no proper window in the room. Inadequate bedside reading lights. On one day the housekeeping staff did not replenish bathroom and coffee making items. The use of miniature plastic bottles for toiletries is not environmentally friendly and alternative options should be considered.

Great location with extremely friendly staff who spoke good English. Bed extremely comfortable and really quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel. Only a 10 minute walk into centre of town with good Tapas available if you go down quiet back streets away from tourist centre. Hotel parking, although not cheap at Eu20 a night is extremely convenient via lift adjacent to hotel with direct access to rooms/hotel lobby.

Control of all lights/blinds etc in room all via electronic touch pad. Bit too wizzy for a septuagenarian!!!

Great location, modern and clean rooms. Although many people didn't liked the Domotics commands for the room, we didn't found them hard to understand and worked good.

Doors of the rooms are not sound proof... if someone is on the halls, you can hear them clearly! Access for the car can be tricky... and no allowed parking available close to the hotel (only one for residents), we had to park the car right at the door which wasn't allowed...

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions and resturants bars etc, Very stylish, with helpful friendly staff, secure parking accessed by a car lift, Very clean and new fixtures and decor.

Automated room facilities with tiny control panels that are very difficult to use. Tiny cups in the room and no tea bags. Only 4 hangers for 2 people... Stale rolls at breakfast

What a great price for such a nice hotel: brand new, comfy and quiet rooms, parking below ground (cool and very easy with the car elevator) and in a great location (edge of center: everything reachable on foot but no hustle or noise). We would definitely stay here again.

Domotica is a bit sensitive but after a few times we got the hang of it. Though we still don't know if the windows cannot open or if we just could not find the right 'button'

MyPalace is a new hotel in León located at beginning of the pedestrian zone. Access is easy and a car elevator takes you down to a basement car park. Luggage is easily moved to the room.

Check in is done prior to access to the car lift and this presents a slight problem as to where to leave the car in order to do this. We left the car next to the hotel and this seemed to be fine. The hotel will send you dimensions of the lift.

Location was perfect. For our car we found parking space 2 streets away. The suite was perfect and we especially loved the bathroom where we could enjoy a bath together.

Better explanation about the domotica in the room and tv was not smart tv as mentioned (netflix wasn’t working and streaming to tv was not possible.

Clean and modern, v Close to the old city

Hidden charges. 20e to park the car in their car park, 18e to use the tiny pool. They stated the charges were clear on the sites, however they were not. So became expensive . Staff were not very friendly either, compared to all the other places we have stayed in Spain and Portugal

I liked almost everything. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast selection and standard was excellent too. AC great, coffee machine in the room was good, needs milk though.

The transparent bathroom wall needs a rethink. Some bodily functions need to be done in private.
