Breakfast was included and really good . Location central to everything. Also Liked the fact that there was no Messing around with pool towels . You simply collected they at reception on way to pool and drop them off as often as you liked .

The only negative we had was dinner in the beautiful rooftop restaurant. It’s not cheap which we knew in advance but the portions were tiny .

Everything. This place is just like Heaven, but there are so many hidden pleasures that you will feel guilty. The art, the outstanding decoration, the neverending flow of positive energy from the staff, the tranquility of the yakuzzi and swimming pools... it all creates an atmosphere of elevation and greatness that is hardly matched even by the other 5 stars hotels in the southwestern area of Meloneras. A must stay!

I didnt like the fact that I cannot stay and live in this hotel forever!

Excellent breakfast, location, cleanliness. Facilities are good and staff are nice and helpful. They have Molton Brown complimentary shampoos etc which is a very nice touch.

This was a 5*+ hotel, now, maybe due to covid its a 5* hotel. A couple of things missing from my last stay. No welcome pack of nibbles when I arrived, cocktails used to AMAZING but now just OK

Hotel, room and staff wonderful. Had junior suite with garden view but could also see the ocean. Breakfast experience best we have ever had. Would be perfect if the hotel was based in the more up market area of Meloneras but we were able to get to that area easily and cheaply by bus, and even walked it once via the walkway through the Dunes

Lifts didn’t always work properly - had minds of their own- luckily we are fit so it wasn’t an issue for us. The lights in the room came on during the night at times - very odd.

Location, pool area and staff were lovely, cleaning staff, Sara at the bar and Christian reception amazingly helpful. Fridge in room was great but the room a bit small for the price.

Bed very uncomfortable. Food only ok and very limited almost no rooom service. Sunbeds wouldn't have been enough if hotel was at full capacity. And one really annoying thing was those push close wardrobes, impossible to close. No bar if pool not open or on Monday nights.

Brilliant hotel and staff , we will be back in the very near future and many more times after that too. The staff are multilingual speaking English. Spanish, French and German. They are very welcoming and helpful. The food is some of the best hotel food we've everything had. The hotel is mins away from Yumbo centre and the beach. The Spa area , massage and gym facilities are wonderful. Beds are very comfortable and with all important air conditioning

Breakfast was fantastic and the location in the rooftop was beautiful Dinner was also exemplary - although we didn't like that even though it was included in our package we were surprised by an additional charge for items we ordered - we couldn't see the note about it when reading the menu off our phones. They did not reverse charge but corrected for future guests by putting star stickers on the actual menus the next night and showed us. Good for future patrons but we were unsatisfied that we had to pay the extra euros when we would never have ordered these items had we known Pool areas are nice and quiet.

Extra charges that were not reversed when we didn't know about them Charges for water when around pool - although we found this throughout the Canaries - charging for water and no option of tap water.

This was simply perfect! Everything was great, from staff, to room, the outside pool, the bar, and the SPA. We were blessed with a great weather for the whole stay, and you made it even better by caring of us every day. View from the 360 restaurant was unbelievable. I hope to be back next year. And again, thanks to the whole staff!

I can just suggest to raise the temperature of the water in the SPA by one or two degrees. It was around 36 degrees, and personally at 37 or 38 would have been even better. This just a suggestion. But everything was great!

Super and very varied breakfast with a view over the ocean and the dunes at the top floor of the hotel where breakfast is served just isn't surpassable. The wellness is one of the most beautiful I ever saw and I also enjoyed a lot. The entire staff also took care to make our stay as enjoyable as possible

Light controls in the room were rather confusing. The elevators always took a long time to get to our floor. There are a lot of doves flying around the swimming pool and we had a towel and a T-shirt that got dirty because of the dove poo. They should find a solution to keep these birds away

2nd Stay will be back for a third, Love the views of the sea the sunrise the restaurant overlooking the sea and sand dunes! Great Breakfast and Dinner lovely roof top bar and love the pool bar wood fired pizzas amazing club sandwich. Great friendly Hotel nothing is too much, cant wait to come back next year!
