The property has an excellent location. 5minute walk to yumbo centre. staff very nice and helpful.

nothing to dislike as such. just one or two things to be aware of. There is only a kettle and microwave in the apartment, no hob or cooking utilities. this did not bother us but if you needed to cook there are no facilities. also no sink to wash cups after tea/ coffee. have to wash them in sink in bathroom. also snack bar only open from 1-4. so if you arrive and fancy sitting outside after 4pm only drinks available. I would advise booking breakfast, but if you want you can pay €10pp if you fancy going down some mornings. also pool is quite cold, it’s not heated.

The location was perfect. Close to everything you would want. The breakfast was exceptional. The kitchen staff were so friendly. The room was spacious, very clean and quality linen. My most favorite and biggest asset to this property was SERGIO, he was so helpful and such a kind caring man. Thank you Sergio for making my stay memorable.

Hotel guests marking their territory at the swimming pool, ie leaving their belongings and towels on chaise lounges before the pool opened, just very rude and strange. So if you want a well positioned chaise at the pool....good luck.

Great location, close to everything you need on vacation. Apartment is big enough for two persons, with separate bedroom and balcony. Breakfast selection is not huge, but the food provided is tasty. Dinner selection is also not huge, but the food is tasty with changing options every day. Friendly staff. Overall recommended place to stay.

There is no option to select if you want double or separate beds. No WIFI connection on the level I stayed.

Anamar apartments is in a great location, minutes from the yumbo centre yet in a secluded area of Gran Canaria. You don't realise you are so close to the Yumbo. The hotel was great for sunbathing, the staff were friendly and loved the idea of being able to stop the maid for several days. Too often in hotels, the maid comes every day and really the room never needs that frequency. It was nice that the hotel has cabana beds that a freely available and there was never a fight for a place to sunbathe and chill out with friends.

The lift by reception has to be the slowest lift in existence, you could wait a good 5 minutes for the lift to arrive and on one occasion I had selected level 5 for reception but it stopped at floor 6, then moved to floor 2 and missed out level 5 until I pressed it again. So think it might have a mind of its own lol

Good location. Yumbo/beach 5 mins walk, supermarket 1 min. Clean, large room (junior suite), equipped bathroom, beach towels.

No sink, no coffee machine in room. The equipped kitchen means 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 glasses, 1 micro and a water heater. Bar at the pool is mostly closed.

Good location, quiet area, didn't use the restaurant or the pool area but they looked good.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned when I checked in. After asking for it to be cleaned, there was still hair and sand in the shower.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel has a special access to the beach that avoid going up and down the countless stairs. Clean, tidy and well located, Highly recommend it.

We were not allowed to use the jacuzzi. We could hear the guests on the room beside hours and we were unlucky to have very loud neighbours.

I loved the spacious junior suite room with many lighting options. Quiet to sleep with good dark curtains. Nice sunny view from the small front balcony. Good pool, relaxing outdoor lounge area and useful little gym. Recycling points were a good idea. Staff very helpful.

Could do with more cups next to coffee machine. And some breakfast items could be refilled sooner when demand high.

The property is perfectly located in the center. The Yumbo Center, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close by. The apartment was very clean and we liked it very much. The cleaning staff were very friendly, always responsive and responded / helped with questions or requests for new towels. Really great. The outdoor area and swimming pool / jacuzzi were very clean and we really liked it as well. The restaurant is wonderful.

We booked this property for the second time because we really liked our first stay. Unfortunately this time, the staff at the reception were not friendly as the last time. They did not say "hello" or "goodbye" in return when we came or left. Just one employee was quite friendly. At the check out there was no feedback requested, just a simply "goodbye and a safe flight".

The rooms were basic but perfect. Very clean and we’re cleaned every day of our stay. Pool area was small but very relaxed

The pool bar didn’t open till 1pm so with is not having breakfast was a bit late to wait in drinks etc by the pool
