The staff were tops, even though I cannot speak Spanish they were kind, helpful, considerate, friendly and helpful! Thank you to the receptionists (on duty 24/7) and the cleaners!!! The room had a lovely big window, spacious, very clean and for a budget hotel room price included is a cooking hob, sink and fridge. Everything worked perfect, shower n taps good pressure and temperature and the window gave good ventilation.

Everything was fine, lack of sound insulation between walls, rooms, but I don't want everything 100% perfect at this price in a great location in the city.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for extra pillows and they were happy to help us and provide them. Overall a good stay in a central location close to shops and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk from the bus and train station, which is another reason why I chose it.

The room was basic but comfortable. It could do with a microwave or small oven as there was only a small hob to cook. We knew it was a budget option when we booked though. A tea towel to dry up the dishes would be useful as we had to sacrifice one of the small hand towels as there was nothing else to use.

Very handy to have the small kitchen, even without a kettle or oven etc. The 2 hob rings with pans etc were perfect for cooking small meals and the fridge/freezer was a lifesaver.

The shower was awkward to figure out how to not get water going everywhere. The room was too warm, even though the weather wasn't... A fan in the room would be great, to get the air flowing with the window open.

Good value for money, clean, spacious and warm enough. Double glazing. On a side street. Not many people staying, so it was quiet.

Kitchen facilities limited: two electric rings, fridge, a couple of pans and some cutlery/crockery. An electric kettle would be useful.

The hotel was great value for money, bars and restaurants surrounding and a 10 minute walk into the centre. All reception staff were friendly and made us feel welcome despite the language barrier.

The toilet leaked in our original room. However, this problem was quickly rectified by the reception teak who were able to move us to another room on the same floor with ease.

The room was in need of a refresh, paint work marked on the walls skirting boards looked dirty, my wash basin had a few chips on it which made it look dirty, IT WAS CLEAN BUT JUST NEEDS A LITTLE CARE

kitchen equipment, bathroom, room size and clean room. was very fine. we cooked our food in room and we dis our coffee in the morning. stuff is so smiley face and helpful. reception is open 24h. everything is near. thank you we will return here if we are around again. + they don’t have parking problem all around is parking place and night time is free until 10am

shower was little bit small but they can’t change it. design of building is like that.

Clean, comfy and central. The shower is a bit of a tight fit and the walls were very thin so we could hear everything! But it was very good value for money.

Shower was very compact.

Friendly reception staff. No kettle in studio but small pan used on hob to boil water for tea and coffee. Staff spoke English which helped. Two lifts which both worked well to access upper floors. Great central location everything to hand.

Studio room very warm so air conditioning would be nice.
