1. Staff really nice! you can choose 2. Breakfast: you can choose from menu or buffet a lot of selection and variety. 3. Location: is quite far away from city center but really well connected with public transportation, just in front of the hotel you can find a bus stop directly to city center around 20 min. 4. Parking: you can leave the car in front of the hotel or you have the option of hotel parking 12.00 euros per night. 5. Amazing Pets Hotel: the give us a bed for your little puppy, very nice and conformable. 6. Room: Just reformed everything was clean and new. Very quite environment and the beds were really conformable.

Everything was great! Perhaps the only thing that there was no hand soap in the bathroom when we arrived, but we inform to the receptionist and they quickly put it.

Breakfast was terrible, better to have breakfast at the café 20m from the hotel (industrial orange juice, bad pastries, terrible cheese and ham, cookies in plastic bags…) The swimming Pool had very cold water, for the price of the night heating the swimming pool would be nice

Very excellent breakfast. With a nice man helping if you need anything. Much variety and delicious food. The room was super comfortable, clean and spacious. Soft bed and modern bathroom.

The internet was a little bit slow and on the first day for some reason the streaming apps were blocked. On the second day it already worked though i dunno. The television only had Spanish canals

Staff was nice, facilities were good.

Rooms were fine except for A/C. Was a bit stuffy - air not circulating quite enough even though it was all the way on cold. This was in Spring - early April. Also they sent me an e-mail and text ahead of time asking me to pay through a link, and this link did not work. This was different than all other places I booked. I called and they kept the reservation, but just was another step

The staff was really nice and the facilities were also really good for the price. We slept really well, and they accepted our dog without problem, only the additional payment. Overall, it was a great experience for the price 👍

The only issue we had was that in one of our bedrooms, the coffee machine was broken.

Friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking. Out of town so not too difficult to drive to. Bus stop right outside the hotel with regular buses into city centre. Very comfortable room. Good choice of food options. Nice outdoor terrace with pool.

Noisy road outside. we like to sleep with our window open. Lack of local dining options.

The location is a quite far from Sevilla city centre but there is good bus connection, just hard to go and come back if you want to have a nap mid day.

Staff on reception were fantastic, explained everything in detail with a smile and a pleasant attitude. Nice spacious room overlooking the pool (from 3 floors up) with a bar and restaurant. Hotel delivered everything we wanted.

excellent breakfast. It was a nice pool to swim in when the temperatures were scorching. Service from the restaurant/bar was excellent too. Bus services to city were quick and reliable

Food was fine. The location required travel to tourist areas, but the local neighborhood was charming.

Very difficult getting staff on the phone Even more difficult communicating prior to arriving. Their internet skills were not sufficient given the demands they have for confirming reservations ,
