Centrally located just behind Plaza de Espana, perfect for a visit there or to Maria Luisa Park or the Alcazar. Cathedral is about 20 minutes away on foot. Extremely comfortable room with plenty of size. Option to book parking with the room. Very good breakfast. Views to Plaza de Espana just like the photo above from many rooms. There is also the option for free parking on Sundays on Calle Pedro de Castro or throughout the week in the sketchy dirt lot behind the Plaza de Espana (note it is free despite the presence of squatters who will try to convince you to pay them).

Parking instructions were unclear. Garage is 250 meters from the hotel and we accidentally went there first. If you book parking, drive first to the hotel to check-in (you can park for 10 minutes in the alley Cjon Manuel Pacheco, perpendicular to Av. de la Borbolla). They will give you a keyless entry fob to open the garage gate and a key for the stairwell. The box to use the keyless fob is 2/3 of the way down the ramp to the parking garage. Parking will be in a numbered spot reserved for you, down one level. You will have to use the keyless fob again to leave - look for a small box located around the corner from the exit gate.

Location is fine, in a quiet area, just in front of Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes walk from the historical city center. Friendly staff Spacious and very clean room, huge bathroom. Air conditioner works well. The breakfast is ok, not too special but enough.

Wifi connection was bad on the 4th floor

Location was good for a nearby conference but is a good 15-20 min walk to the lovlier old town location. Very close (5-10min walk) to Plaza Espana and Maria Luisa gardens. Window view of Plaza ( and car park) from bedroom nice, however constant traffic noise very loud even with window closed- main thoroughfare for buses & ambulances constantly passing

Hotel is positioned on very busy 4 lane main road with constant noise. Apartment not clean on arrival but daily housekeeping was friendly and did great job making up for this. Overall OK for the cost if you dont mind walking distances and traffic noise.

We arrived early to this hotel and the staff allowed us to do an early check in. That was really appreciate it. The hotel is across the street the Plaza de Espana and we were able to see it from our window. You can walk to the Cathedral if you want. You are at 15-20 walking distance.

When you arrive you think "what did I book?". The first view is not great, but its totally different inside. What I didn't like is that we had to leave at 5 am and I asked to the guy in the front desk to call us a taxi. A little bit arrogant he said that we could take one outside. He saw my face and told me I can call one if you want, but he didnt do the extra effort. We went outside and spent around 15 minutes looking for a taxi. It resulted that there were no so many taxis at 5 am as he mentioned.

The location of the Hotel is really good, close to the train and bus station San Bernardo. Also really close to the beautiful park Maria Luisa and Plaza de España, and walking distance to the city centre. The room had everything needed. The air conditioning of my first room was not working but I immediately got changed to a new room with no inconvenience. The breakfast is ok, not too special but enough.

Breakfast options not great. Would be great to have more fruit and vegetarian options for breakfast.

Very good location, central and close to all points of interest. Plaża de Espana is right across the street. Decent breakfast, good price. The room was clean and exactly like in the pictures. Windows offered good isolation from the street. Helpful reception staff.

Not a 4* hotel. The room was okay, but if it wasn't for size, it could have been a copy of ibis budget. The shower was going crazy with temperature. Without changing any setting, it could go on its own from 20 C degrees (cold) to 45 (scorching hot). It went like this in cycles. How do you even achieve that? The door to the room offered no noise isolation whatsoever. Whoever was in the corridor could just as well be in your room. I was woken up middle of the night just because someone was talking. The hotel is ok, and good value for money, but 4* are some long forgotten dream of the past, with perhaps the reception staff still upholding the fort.

Great hotel, good level of comfort and easy to access public transport and center of town. Located close to shops and a few restaurants and right next to Plaza de Espana so good location without the excess noise of being in the center of tourist area. Very clean, and staff super helpful.

Not too many restaurants nearby - so quite limited options with a min 5 radius, need to walk 10+ mins for more options.

The location is just perfect, in front of Plaza de Espana. To sightseeing spots and to the river you can walk about 15-20 mins. It's great as I came, there was a taxi strike. Personal was very friendly. Room is big, clean, air conditioner works well & quiet.

Internet on 3rd floor doesn't work but you can try to use internet connection of 2nd or 4th floor. No water/coffee in room, you gotta buy extra when needed but not expensive.

I was a bit resigned that Sevilla hotels were a bit more pricey than the rest we saw in Andalusia, but when we arrived we got an upgrade to a bigger room and it was quite amazing! With a lot of space, a big bathroom, clean and comfortable. The shower was quite pleasant. Many toiletries were available. Location is great if you like walking.

We turned the air conditioning on and it seemed to make a weird smell, so we turned it off again. Thankfully it wasn't really needed. Also, beware of the people asking for money in the free parking in the front of the hotel.
