central, clean and big space. we booked last minute and it was the last available two bedroom, two bath apartment, which was a great deal.

roof terrace is closed from 10pm to 10am....for security reasons... doesn’t make sense! Not possible to enjoy the sunrise nor the late night view before going to bed. At least open it up before 10am.

The location is perfect. You can see the Alcazar from the rooftop, lots of bars and restaurants around, a very pretty street. The apartment is spacious and bright, spotless clean. Very convenient: the code entry and the luggage storage. The staff responds instantly on whatsapp and have been very helpful.

If you are a light sleeper - the tram nearby can be a bit noisy early morning, however not so loud as you would not be able to sleep. - there is a cafe downstairs that is open until late hours right below the windows of the bedrooms. We were lucky it was not noisy late into the night, but I imagine it could be.

We literally loved staying here! Everything is new at the apartment and with a very cool design. The location is unique, the best area to stay to visit Seville. Just 5 minutes walking from Parque de Maria Luisa, from Plaza De Espana, and from the magnifiique Alcazar. We reached everything by walking, and when we wanted to take the Tram, it was just 2 minutes walking from the apartment. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever found in any other hotel/apartment rented. You breathe a very pleasant mood staying here. Cause the area is wonderful, you have a lot of places to eat, to visit, just in front of the university.. The self check-in worked properly, while the staff answered by whatsapp to every single request I made, solving always everything very quickly. On the rooftop, there is a very nuce terrace with loungers and a very small pool that is good to have when the city burns over 30 degrees. Yes, seville is hot. No doubts, book it as it will make your visit to Seville very special!

We did not take breakfast for we had a full kitchen and brought our own breakfast. The location was the best for us for we rise early but like to have a nightcap before bed which was very possible with a resto-bar just downstairs. We had lunch once there and the pizza and salads were very good. We ate at some great restos and everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff was amazing and informed us of all we needed to know. One of the things I liked a lot was the treats that were left in the apartment. Three beers, orange juice, and chips to name a few and the body wash and hair products were all natural and environmentally minded. I have traveled a lot in the last few years and Numastay was the greatest experience of all. No other establishment has reached such high standards in my opinion. We were at the Numa Prestigio at 41 San Fernando Calle and it was great. We enjoyed the pool my sister and I and everyone liked the upstairs terrace. The beds and pillows were very comfortable also. Thank you, Prestigio and all its staff...

This is just a thought, not a complaint. My husband snores very loudly sometimes so I sleep on the couch in the living room but did not have an extra blanket to use, I used my towels, but it was only one night that I need the sofa. The other small thing that was missing was a toaster but they brought an iron when we asked if there was one, thanks for that.

Everything was perfect. The location is great. very close to the main attractions of the city. The apartment (duplex) is new and phenomenal . Fully equipped and beautifully designed.. The direct access to the pool and the roof creates feeling of a suite in luxury hotels. The communication with the team is very easy and immediate.through what’s up.. Were sorry to leave.

A few small issues. The Wi-Fi connection didn’t work properly part of the time. There is some noise coming from the street mostly from the trams.

Proximity to the old town was great. Although the staff were off site, they responded quickly to any issues. The.pool was small but very refreshing. Everything we needed was there and we had a fabulous stay.

The step down onto the central courtyard was not clearly marked and one of our party tumbled down into it. It just needed a black stripe to indicate there was a step.

The location is excellent. Several restaurants nearby and all the main attractions at the walking distance. Alcazar , cathedral , plaza de espana -one can just walk and see.

Lovely big apartment (we had the 3 bed) with balconies off each bedroom. Lovely and light, great views across Seville, beautiful roof terrace. Modern bathrooms & appliances, great air con, great lift for luggage. Would highly recommend!

Nothing at all we didn't like.

It was stylish, comfortable and spacious.

The tram started around 6am but ear plugs are supplied so if staying more than one night, we would have used them.

location, comfort level and useful for families. very good customer service, easy check in and out. loved the use of locker
