The address « Camino de la flecha, Valladolid « is not sufficient for a client arriving by car. First we discovered that it is not in the city center but in Encomienda suburb. After one hour trying to find our away, I called the reception who advised to go to Plaza Santa Ana. We went to such a place in the city center but found no hôtel Marriott. Finally we asked a taxi to lead us. I strongly suggest to provide your clients with better information.

Room was ok but considering its supposed to be a 5 star it wasn't what we expected.. décor needs to be updated as it seemed weary and outdated with wallpaper starting to peel in places and marks on the walls.. we had a 2 night stay but didn't have breakfast as it was an optional extra.. not paying those prices when my partner only has a bowl of cereals for breakfast. Staff always willing to help.

As above rooms require an update and breakfast in my opinion should be included.. we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night where venues had been held at the Hotel and the car park was a disgrace in the mornings with broken glasses and beer bottles discarded everywhere.

Friendly staff, interesting building architecture, also liked the look of the restaurant area

1. They should take advantage of the outdoors space behind the hotel by the river and do more with it;2. no Uber available, had to taxi into town every time, there are buses, but we have not had a chance to explore, we only stayed 3 nights

Spacious very well appointed hotel with excellent room overlooking the River Douro (called the Duero in Spain). Not in the city centre but in a very nice part of town with easy access to centre. Location ideal for overnight stay on drive to Bilbao with secure parking and easy to find on good road network. Although quiet when we were there the restaurant served delicious food and was reasonably priced. All in all a very successful stay.

Our third stay in the hotel. Location is very good, nice view over the river. We especially liked the possibility to park underground for free because it was pretty cold when we arrived. Service and staff always very nice and professional. Lovely dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. A small shopping centre nearby (walking distance) was an added bonus for us.

Excellent all round, Staff very good and helpful, hotel is immaculate, room was very clean and a large size, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a large choice of cold and hot food prepared to order. Car parking is underneath the hotel and although a little tight is very easy to park. All round highly recommended.

Room was well sized and bed was comfortable, loved the bathroom and the bath was really comfortable with little ledges to put your arms while you were lying in it. One of the best baths I have had for a long time.... slept like a baby afterwards... My Irish whiskey night cap was also excellent value.....so happy with that as well...

The only real issue the hotel was a little solemn as there was no one staying in it.... but that was not the fault of the hotel just really an outcome of Covid... it was also a good walk from the town center but this suited me as I wanted to have a long walk...

Clean, lovely staff. Dinner and breakfast great. Gym and pool. Lovely room with Juliette balcony and river view. Easy access to motorway to Santander/ Bilbao

Wedding in the evening meant no use of garden/ outside bar. Location too far from town to walk into.

Lovely modern rooms and a fabulous glass roofed courtyard keeping the traditional features alongside the modern. Excellent free parking . Super staff. our go to place for a stopover on our journey South.

Just a little too far out of town but not an issue really. we have walked into the old town but taxis are available.
