Ibis Valladolid

Staff at check in were very helpful. Payment on entry not on check out Staff at restaurant were helpful and efficient. Room was clean and very good for the price. Walk in shower unlike modt hotels that had a shower in the bath.Dinner was great. Menus is English too without having to ask. Check out was fast and easy. It's a pay as you go hotel, so we paid for the dinner after we ate and the same at breakfast.

Area is industrial. Look at Google maps. Can be a bit noisy at times. Parking in front of the hotel is limited but there is parking at the rear which I didn't feel safe to use.

Just a one night stopover but perfectly fine. On the outskirts of the town but easy to drive to the centre. Standard traveller accommodation. Perfectly adequate room and facilities. Comfortable bed and clean. Some noise from the lorry park at the back but nothing major. Good free parking.

Very clean and and warm welcome on arrival. The bedroom was as expected and the the bed was comfortable. service throughout our stay was very good.

Car parking wasn't clear on arrival and the spaces at the front appeared blocked. Otherwise there is much to like about the hotel and I would definitely use it again.

The room was clean and comfortable with a view of the front entrance to the hotel. Shower room was clean and enough storage for clothes and suitcases. The breakfast had a wide choice of items although this is the first Ibis I have been that doesn't have an egg boiler.

We had driven across Spain and where actually booked into The Gran Posada la Mesnade at Olmedio , which on arrival was a complete disaster, being empty , dark and freezing cold , so we were left in a bit of a jam as we were extremely tired and had dogs with us . Luckily I found the ibis on Booking . Com and we stayed there for the night . The staff were extremely helpful , and provided a ground floor room which was easy with the dogs . An evening meal and very comfortable bedroom . Good breakfast and excellent coffee !

Great location as an overnight stop on way back to Santander for the ferry. Room was comfortable and great choice at breakfast. Car parking outside the hotel was a bonus!

Plenty of options for dinner but, my wife's lasagne was a ready meal with sprinkled cheese on top. Would go to MacDonalds down the road next time. Would not stop us from staying here again due to location for Santander.

We had a delay at the last moment. We managed to change the date to the following day without cost. Then, when we turned up 5 hours before check-in the hotel was completely sympathetic that things CAN happen on long journeys, and let us check there and then. We are very very grateful for the excellent service.

Good cleanliness, helpful and polite staff, good food and drink, fuel stop and vehicle wash next door.

Situated at an industrial site is not to everyone's taste but city centre within 2kms away and a large supermarket 15minutes walk away with a pleasant outlook, my 3rd visit here and I see no reason not to visit again on my travels.

Convenient for my travels, nice staff, allowed my dog, parking. Food was ok and so was the drink. location is near to the river so perfect for walking the dog before heading off on my travels.

We were next to the lift and the door was hollow and didn’t smother the sound. Was noisy when people walked past talking and my dog was en guard.

Continental breakfast was excellent with good variety to choose from, including hot bacon.

The check-in process was slow. It was busy then for one of the Spanish national days. Many guests checked in at the same time, but only one staff member at the reception.
