Valladolid Recoletos

The staff was very diligent and gentle solving a booking issue. The room is superb! Wide, comfortable. Large bed and wide desk with confortable chair to work on my laptop. Breakfast is well sorted. The location is excellent 5 min walk from the train station, 5 min walk to the city center and right in front of the park! I would return here if I'd have the chance in the future

The carpet in some floor hallways is a little ran off... But beyond that, the place is perfect and well ran by the staff

The location is very good. Next to a park, very close to the center. The superior room and the bathroom were specious. The bed was big and very comfy. The parking under the hotel is very handy, though a bit expensive.

On the top floor there are only small windows under the sloping roof. It is not easy to look outside.

The location was great, the parking was super helpful and the room and bathroom was a really good size. It was well worth upgrading to the premium room. The staff were all friendly and the bed was comfy and big.

The only thing really was the wooden flooring in the bedroom brought the quality and comfort down a little. It would of been much more cozy and felt more luxurious with carpet.

We were very pleased with the location - a very short walk from the railway station and within easy reach of all of the sites in Valladolid. The stylish lobby offered water, tea and coffee and drinks could be made in the room also. Delightful touches. There was a huge fiesta taking place during our stay but the rooms were very quiet and we were not disturbed.

Everything - we had a super stay in Valladolid. Easter week is the time to be there. The hotel was very smart and within easy walking distance to the centre. The park just across the road presents a pleasant change to the busy city. The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was comfortable and all was clean. Breakfast was good. The garage was just near the hotel and access was easy.

Ideal location, we came by train, just minutes walking. It’s on a beautiful pedestrian boulevard, very near al amenities. It is on the other hand vey quiet, we could not hear any noise at night. The staff was very nice. We had a warm reception and the tips we got were very helpful. The lady at breakfast was very nice.

Breakfasts, hotel location and room size (i had an apartment instead of normal room)

Air conditioning can not be switched off. The remote control buttons didn t work , it was staying on same temperature and not possible to adjust or to switch off.

Good location - nearby to the park and very close to the old town, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel has its own parking garage.

At the time we visited Valladolid - end of May 2022 - the hotel restaurant was not open. In the evening it was a bit hard to find a table in nearby restaurants.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's very clean and spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful and location is amazing. Very good breakfast as well. Generally we enjoyed our stay and gladly come back

A good class property in a good location for the city.

There is a function terrace at the back below our room which was noisy with perhaps 100-200 people one of our nights but at least it finished at 1 am !
