it’s elegant decor sets the mood the moment you arrive. and the view from the rooms , pool , restaurant is breathtaking. spa is nice and well equipped. Breakfast was perfect and the staff at the restaurant were the friendliest. Dinner taste was ok. The bus station is right in front of the hotel so very convenient to get there Overall this is a beautiful hotel for couples who want to enjoy a couple of romantic nights and enjoy the lovely hikes , scenery in the area.

the outdoor pool is a key attraction for anyone who books but when you arrive , you’ll realize How SMALL it is . I hope the hotel makes an investment to enlarge the pool utilizing part of the large seating area around it. it will make a Huge difference

Great hotel in an amazing location! Service was excellent, staff nice & friendly, the bar has good menu options & drinks to enjoy in the lounge or close to the chimney. The room was very cozy, comfy & clean, with great views. The spa is among the best we have ever been & the outside pool … like no other 🤩

Only thing we did not love, were the massages (very average…).

I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for the incredible experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. First and foremost, the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel were impeccable. The culinary experience at your restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. Every meal I enjoyed was a delightful journey of flavors. Lastly, I must mention the breathtaking views from outdoor Spa area. The beauty of the surroundings left me astonished and provided a serene backdrop to my relaxation and rejuvenation!

First of all the staff was amazing whether in restaurant or bar or at the pool they were all over n beyond helpful.. super friendly receptionist with a smiley face & great authentic tips.. the design of the hotel is amazing.. beautiful and comfortable room.. great spa and outdoor pool.. yummy restaurant & bar.. The small details make it even more special.. beautiful fresh flower vases, the shampoo n conditioner in the shower very good quality u don’t usually find in 5 star hotels, super comfortable bed mattress, shuttle driver to the ski station very friendly, nice books all around the lobby area, DJ on Saturday afternoon, billiard room.. We loved it overall & totally recommend it!! will surely be back thankyou ❤️

The staff were so kind and showed us around the hotel and to our room during check in. The pool, restaurant, room service and breakfast were on point! The view is just amazing and staff were super helpful at recommending some great trails! The location is ideal if you just want to walk around town or go hiking. Adelboden did not feel so full of tourist which was nice if you are really looking to get some R&R. Putting my name on the TV during check into our room was a nice little touch. Well worth the stay.

We came to Switzerland because of the views, and therefor booked a rooms with a "panoramic vew". at first, they gave us rooms at the attic, which were convenient, but without vews (to our opinion) and only after complaining they changed it to proper rooms. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable and clean. The spa and breakfast are grate.

the style is amazing. the view is breathtaking, the staff is WOW! the food is very good and all that the hotel has to offer is really exceptional

I did not like the fact that the spa and the sauna’s are only allowed naked. I don’t feel comfortable about this, and also there is no gender separation which means that even if I did walk in in my bathing suit - I was forced to see naked men and women which made me very uncomfortable. I therefore decided to drop the Spa idea whatsoever which is a shame since this is one of the reasons we took this hotel in the first place.

The view is breathtaking from the hotel, very good facility, decent restaurant. I love the decor and environmental friendliness spirit.

Pictures of the pool gave a wrong impression that it was an infinity pool and looks much bigger but still a very nice spa facility. I find the way they do room cleaning super weird, knocking at 9am. just to change towel and minibar then cleaning as off 12pm. Only

Ordered ( month in advance )a birthday cake for second day of our stay in hotel , instead it was delivered same day of our arrival ( surprise was ruined, had to put the cake in the fridge) asked for a table for 4 people ( booked months in advance )… when we arrived the table was booked for only 2 people .

Everything! The SPA experience is always incredible and the lounge is beautiful… We booked a room with Booking.com without realizing it was a room in the north. However, since our son joined us later, we asked for an additional bed, and unexpectedly with a reasonable price we were upgraded to a suite junior in the south connected to the big terrace facing the iconic mountain of Adelboden. The front office staff members, especially Petro (not sure of my spelling), are really helpful , thanks to them, we had a great time during our stay at The Cambrian. We had two dinners in the hotel, and enjoyed very much the fine food of the Chef Mr. Will Gordon, who even came to talk to us friendly after dinner. This is our second time staying with The Cambrian and certainly will not be the last time.
