Our first stay of our first visit in Switzerland and the dynamism of the staff made the start of our vacation on the right foot even when we were arriving pretty much at midnight and helping us to check in. Located a couple blocks from the train station and pretty much right in the middle of Zweisimmen, this place is excellent for a nice stroll around. Rooms are enough for a short stay but the buffet is excellent for its price!! Consider this as your stay if you are travelling on the Belle Epoque train to Montreux.

The shower is somewhat small, like "cruise-size" small. Still for the price it was a great stay.

I booked this place for a short getaway and also to go out of town for celebrating my husband's birthday. I asked the manager and staff if it was possible to do some decoration in our room and they were so pleasant to talk to over the phone (but even better in person). The decoration in the room were beyond my expectation. We were so thrilled and happy that we booked this place and not some other hotel for our visit. The manager Tuan and the staff member Iba was so so kind and helpful. They were probably the best hotel staff people we have came across. We travel a lot and have been to so many places and countries but I can surely say that this was one of the best stays that we had so far. We are definitely coming again to this place. This is also the best place to stay if anyone plans to visit Gstaad as it is just half hour by train and 1 hour for glacier 3000 from here. The train station is just 2 mins away. You also get a Gstaad card here (Free of cost) for unlimited and free public transport throughout the Gstaad region. Lastly we also like the breakfast service here where they bring everything prepared to your table. Thank you for having us and hoping to see Iba again in our next trip :)

There is nothing at this property to not like.

Good value for money. Personnel is so kind and welcoming, the check-in was really pleasant. As well as any contacts with them! Altough on the old side, the hotel has still good facilities, ranging from budget single rooms (functioning and practical) to suites (small apartments ideal for families). The asian restaurant is amazing, such a yummy food, definitely a blast!

Not renovated, breakfast was basic. Overall we experienced a too empty atmosphere

Mr Dinh is an amazing host . He gave us early checkin seeing the weather was a bit rainy.Rooms were excellent with a great view and very clean.Food was amazing we ordered chicken fried rice and tofu yellow curry. There was a small area for kids to play as well which was very mindful. Overall it was a very memorable stay. Thank you Mr Dinh 😊

Very energetic and helpful desk man registered us in the evening and also served the breakfast in the morning. There is no breakfast buffet; you order your breakfast items and specify when you want breakfast the night before. When we had trouble finding a taxi to drive my father (87) the 300 metres to the train station, the desk man offered to drive us.

Some road noise; continuous roar of nearby stream might bother some. Most of the electric outlets are an old model that didn't take our modern plugs. (On trips, we always bring an extension cord with several outlets so we just need one working outlet in the room's wall.)

- The staff was very friendly and helpful. - The room size was comfortable. - The food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent, breakfast was also good and varied.

- The guests staying in the room next to us were a bit loud, but that is not something the hotel can necessary influence.

Family hotel in a very pretty village. Close to the train station and the teleférico. Good breakfast and there is a restaurant with very good and freshly prepared Vietnamese food. The staff were kind and welcoming.

The room was warm and could do with a fan.

I quite liked the staff, especially the young hostess Iba. She was warm, helpful and conscientious in her dealings. And I realised that great staff can make a world of difference. The hotel was quite close to the train station which is a big advantage.

The room even though comfortable and cosy was a bit small.

It was super clean, the staff really went out of their way to take care of us. During this difficult covid period,we are happy that the restaurant was open. all shops were closed during this period so this is extremely helpful. We could dine in for lunch since we are guests. And when we had take away for that night, they volunteered to bring the food up. Food was super delicious (I'm asian and the food is legit asian food - like home in southeast asia). Location walking distance to the ski lifts - close to migros and kid's playground. Free parking.

The toilet was a bit old fashioned and dark but not worth complaining cos it was still pretty decent

Very polite and friendly staff who were very kind to our children. As it was Easter, both our kids were presented chocolate bunnies as a treat for finishing their meals at the hotel restaurant, which on top of the tastey food, made our experience at the restaurant very enjoyable and memorable. Generous breakfast was brought to our room when we wanted it. Location was convenient for skiing in Rinderberg and Lenk, which was also a lot of fun.

Pillows were not great.
