Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa

Room was nice and spacious with a nice design. SPA area of the hotel is very nice and there was always place for everyone and everyone could find some privacy (we were there in summer). Perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside. Location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the metro station and walking distance to the lake. We would definitely be happy to be back.

There is a sky bar at the hotel with a very beautiful view, but we could not enjoy it as we only had time on Saturday evening and on this day it was booked for the private event and this was not mentioned to us upon check in (on Friday). Just if we want to be picky - walls in our bathroom were not very clean, but you dont expect this from the hotel of this level.

Has great location ( 10 minutes walk from the lake and 5 minutes by underground to the centre or 15 minutes walk ). Freindly staff. Classic style. Very helpful concierge staff which made our trip so easy especially Mr. Loris. Very welcoming receptionists. Breakfast was great. Room was wide. Wonderful Sky Lounge resturant which is located at the roof top with amazing view during the sunset but with limited food varietes. Swimming pool was nice and work with part indooe and part outdoor. Gym 24 hours but small. Free public transport tickets was provided by the hotel whoch was very easy to use especially with the limited high cost parking within the centre.

Great location, across the road from the Metro. Front of house staff and Concierge were very helpful and friendly. Skybar on the 7th floor was not open when we were there (end of April) but looked like it would be nice. Delightful little Georgian restaurant a few hundred meters up the road is a great place for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a large selection. Olympic Museum on the waterfront was a treat as was the return ferry trip Lausanne - Vevey - Lausanne if you are looking for something to do - both easy access from the hotel

If you are looking for a spa treatment, make sure you book well in advance as I was unable to book a treatment on the day of our arrival (it was my birthday weekend and was hoping for a treat)

Extremely helpful, professional, accomodating and immaculate the entire staff was always ready to help us with information or to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a wonderful experience at Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa, from check in to check out, the front desk personnel made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Amazing service, excellent breakfast, great spa, special welcome gift - sweet birthday cake for our son, free public transport ticket offered by hotel. We received the best-case scenario. Hotel service offered us a room upgrade with gorgeous views of Lake Geneva without even asking for it. It was excellent way to start our birthday long weekend. We would definitely recommend this hotel! We‘re looking forward to our next stay. Probably the best hotel experience we have had in all our travels.

everything about the hotel is actually excellent Reception is amazing check in very fast and easy room is very nice and clean I hardly left the room as it was very comfortable and relaxing spa facility is amazing staff are very helpful and friendly location is not bad; be aware that it’s on a slope so going to the lake and back is tiring internet is excellent bed Lenin is clean and soft bathroom Lenin is very fluffy and clean

in room dining options are very limited food quality is not that great but I was really hungry I ate it all

We arrived on a very hot day like 16:00 pm with a dream of little swimming in the pool. But using the pool is extra and for a 20 minute swim, the cost is soo high (25 swiss frank per person) Also parking, breakfast, city tax etc, if all are added the cost of stay is much higher than expected. when we arrived, both the restaurants of the hotel were fully booked. We could not eat at the hotel and it was challenging to find another place on a weekend evening. There were so many families with children at the hotel. During the breakfast time and also in the loby, so many child noise and sometimes, cartoon film noises disturbing everyone around.

Outstanding! Wow. Extraordinary hotel. Staff is incredibly helpful and polite, nothing is too much for them. Rooms are extremely clean und comfortable. Spa is beyond compare and there are even hot and cold pools to indulge after a sauna experience.

Only one little thing: Breakfast was very nice with all choices possible and beautifully decorated. However, with windows open many flies come in to attack cheeses and jams. Those should be covered for hygiene purpose

Comfortable bed, location kinda fine, swimming pool relaxing with multi jacuzzi areas, massage was nice but could be better for it's expensive price but it was good choice for dead Sunday

Small room no space to move and bathroom door facing the bed which was weird, a/c directed to room corner i won't recommend it for person with hot body temp. unless you wanna sleep on the desk where the a/c directet to, buffet breaskfast not worth the cost

Beautiful property. Old hotel, updated and luxurious.

The food was poor. Very small meal selection and no flexibility. I.e. the pasta came with a tomato sauce and the ability to add chicken or shrimp was refused. Also, it is a bit surprising to have no toiletries provide - no shower cap or a-tips
