Hotel Europa

The hotel is nicely located, our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. The location ist good, and there is a convenient taxi-service to go to the slopes and back. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They gave us a coupe very useful tipps which we much appreciated. The breakfast buffet abundant and with many different options. We had dinner at the restaurant both evenings, and I must say the fondue Valaisienne is definitely recommendable :-)

The Hotel Europa was quite nice. We were very pleased with the spa area, which was better equipped than we anticipated. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was very good as well. The hotel gives you the possibility to store your ski gear very close to the slopes and thus removes any hassles associated with the distance of the hotel from the slopes, which when walking without gear is really no problem. Plus in the morning they take you to the slopes with the electric car. All good.

Hot tub a bit warmer, but it was still quite good. Unfortunately the extraction in the steamroom is located towards the upper part of the room, thus resulting in somewhat cold environment lower where you are sitting. Requiring you to often circulate the air yourself to get warmer condition. Only negative point I have.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was generous with a great selection. I ate dinner there every night and found it also to be good quality for a reasonable price. The wellness center was a nice perk as well. Room was clean and a good size. Hotel was close to a coop which was convenient for getting snacks, etc.

My bed was a little creaky.

Excellent, helpful and very friendly staff. I got a free room upgrade on my arrival and really enjoyed my stay at hotel Europa, I would recommend it to everyone.

Really friendly family-like team. Made us feel right at home. Hotel is a good ten minute walk from the lifts but the free shuttles and ski lockers near the slopes made that easy.

Nice position in the center of Saas Fee and friendly and welcoming staff. Double room with good size and nice balcony with view on the glacier

Beds and pillow's could be a bit more comfortable

a bit of difficulty to find the reception checking in at 1 a.m. An email with instructions on how to get in and where to find our keys would have been helpful

It was amazing that the hotel had two sauna areas!! Enjoyed that the most!

The hotel is well located for the center area and for arrival b y public transportation. It does however take 10-15 good minutes to get to a ski lift

Great breakfast, nice accommodation, great location, very nice staff. Rooms were spacey and nicely furniture. Would love to return.

I perceived the bed as a little hard.
