Breakfast was good, spa and pool facilities are amazing, had the evening meal a few times which was also good.

As a solo traveller the hostel is full of families so not the usual hostel experience. There was also father and small child in my dorm room which I don't think should be allowed.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. It's right next to the bus terminal. The facilities are new. The breakfast with local products is great. The view from the room towards Saas-Fee and the mountain is a dream. The indoor pool was included in the price and it was a great pleasure to go for a swim. It's not very cheap for a bed in hostel but having in mind that breakfast and pool are included in the price plus that it's situated in a famous ski resort, I think that the price is fair. I'll definitely consider this hostel again should I plan a trip to Saas-Fee.

The room was very well organised with lots of space for storage of bags and hanging space. The access to the sauna was the best part- at 34CHF a visit separately- it made the price of the accommodation reasonable.

The pillows were really hard, they have feather pillow on their list but none were available when we were there as it was peak peak season (first week of January- school holidays).

The hostel is very modern, clean and neat. The lounge is not big but very useful. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The spa facilities were quite good.

The girl at the reception could smile a bit more and be a bit more extrovert.

amazing views, great pool (also with amazing views) functional clean and efficient rather than cosy but it has a great atmosphere. about 10 minutes walk through the village to the main skiing area but we found it could take 20 in ski boots with kids carrying skis etc, so you might want to splash out on storage at one of the ski shops at the foot of the pistes if you want to conserve your energy for the slopes!

I asked for an extra pillow on the last night and wished I'd done this earlier as the one they provide is a bit austere

The customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs. I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service. The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool. I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.

Well organised shared rooms which allow some privacy and not getting woken up by anyone else in the room. Toilets and showers were very clean. For me, the best thing of the hostel was the spa area. It was really at a good Swiss standard with beautiful view on the mountains. The staff at the hotel are also very nice and allowed early check-in, as weather was really bad that day. Would definitely come back.

Not cheap for a shared room, but worth it.

Location was right next to the car park (remember you can't drive in Saas Fee, so will have to walk with your bags to the hotel) and is walking distance to everything! The lobby is very welcoming and has a restaurant/cafe with a beautiful view outside. The rooms are basic but clean and spacious, the bathrooms are also clean and very functional. The spa is AMAZING!!

Shower doesn't have a partition to the rest of the bathroom so it gets wet, but it is a very minor detail. Check out is pretty early at 10am.

The location next to the bus terminal and close to alpina express is great. The spa is amazing.

The breakfast could have more variety. The sliding doors to the private bathroom are not closing good enough.
