I really enjoyed staying at the Leela Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The fitness area was the best I’ve had so far in Thailand. It wasn’t too big, but had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is also great, close to Pattaya Beach and away from the noise. The hotel itself has a lovely green nature part too.
The wifi wasn’t too good in my room.

it was near a new food market. the food and ambiance of the market was nice.
there was no massage and spa at all. the place was infested with lizards. there was peacocks that kept on making noise throughout the night. there was no breakfast of room service. the property didn’t even reply my message for airport transfers. the property was not helpful at all for any tour bookings. they didn’t seem to know how to arrange anything. housekeeping was poor. there was a lot of cigarette butts in the balcony. the bathtub was not working. this was truly the worst accommodation I had ever booked.
