I was really impressed here, rooms and beds were comfy and having a bathtub was great..soap,towel, hairdryer ect. Clean and with good aircon heater Fruit and water as a welcoming gift(Thank you) Staff polite and professional. Security was great. I would stay again but not have breakfast included and recommend the hotel to anyone. Easy transfer in clean Cab to airport 12€ Pictures true to form.
No English channels on TV Breakfast was not to my taste and coffee was unpleasant,I had to pay 4tnd for a decent one. Weird whirling sound in coming from somewhere in the next room?

Breakfast was same for all days nothing change TV quality channels was very bad and channels signal bad , i kept tv close for all days. Left issues No water No cattle for Tea or hot drink No cooler

The staff is nice It s close to most place you want to visit - close to public transportation also-
The food was not very diverse The smell of smoke everywhere And keep in mind there is a club downstairs and you can hear the noise plus it s close to a main street so that adds additional noise specially in the mornings

I do appreciate the effort made by the staff to make my stay be like home 🏠. Big up for the front office staff especially the ladie. Big the thanks to the hotel manager ho taking care about all the guest by making them feel that we are home and he care about every single details.
The security in the night shift ho work in the lobby try all his way to make us tips him for nothing.. I don't like the way how he approached me.

I liked the buffet breakfast (variety of choices, enough food available, staff very friendly). Reception staff was very helpful. All the other staff also very friendly.
There was a club or other venue in the same building which I could hear at late hours.

Becarful Windows are low, I could easily fall down from 5th floor. There is just one power socket in my room about 1 metre from bed .

The location, it's in city center, it's easy to find taxis there especially if you're going to the airport. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean. Overall it's a nice place
The wifi is not that good. The farther you get from the door, the weaker the wifi gets. Also, the dinner in half-board didn't include drinks, not even water.
