Ibis Tunis

I have travelled whole Tunisia and out of all hotels (8) this was by far the best hotel. Very quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Warm room. All other hotels were all cold even with heating on! Only 12 minutes drive to the airport. Free parking with security.

The only problem was that there was only electricity points in the far corner of the room. In the bathroom there is an electricity point for shaving, but you cant connect a hair dryer for example. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, but its not the same as using your own ofcourse. Since there is no mirror close to the electricity point, you have to use your phone as a mirror to dry your hair with your own hair dryer in the bedroom (which is kind of annoying, but doable).

The room was clean, ok, with no view except to the inner yard. Food was good, especially the freshly pressed orange juice, which was delicious. Had a full dinner on arrival, very enjoyable. Service was good, albeit not extraordinary. A good business hotel at a reasonable price. Would have wanted to see the sea...

I would have liked to see the sea, or Lac du Tunis at least, from the window. Otherwise, this hotel is fine. The taxi driver had hard time finding the hotel, meaning that it is not well known in Tunis.

The property is ideal if your going for a workshop. The room is quite small but it is neat

It does not include breakfast in the overall price. So you have to 30 Dinah everyday for breakfast. They should include bed and breakfast package.

Tidy, clean, room, comfortable bed with great breakfast, front desk very helpful and welcoming.

During winter a kettle to boil hot water for warm drink at night is missing, I know it is Ibis standard, but that’s what I missed.

Thank you to reception: Asma, Omaima and Omar for making my stay so pleasant. Thank you to the kitchen staff, cleaning staff, security and duty manager. I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Tunis.

Everything was amazing.

Room looked clean but smelly with closed windows and not opened for days! It was fine after two hours when I opened the window. Facilities meet the hotel standard but not at the highest I believe. All staff are very nice and helpful and that is why I love to stay at Hotel Ibis most of the time when I travel. Overall very good and I will love stay there again.

I arrived by 11h00 befor check in , and they managed to give me a room even if check in start normaly at 14h-15h Thanks for that Central location Not noisy Very good breakfast

Quiet, clean, helpful friendly staff. Great breakfast at a reasonable price. Dinner menu reasonable, with generous portions. Good value for the price.

Staff helpful and friendly, rooms excellent, couldn’t fault breakfast as plenty of choice. Dinner at the restaurant was fairly expensive but freshly cooked and was enjoyed.

Pillows …..like sleeping on a lumpy breeze block! Area around the hotel seems very run down and off putting on arrival.

There could be renovations to update the rooms, but they were clean and water pressure in the shower was great!
