Goreme Inn Hotel

Breakfast was pretty good, the two sisters working in the kitchen were always very cheerful and ready to help. Ali at the reception desk was amazing! He greated us with some Turkish tea uppon arrival, he always had an answer to our many questions, like where can we find a vegetarian dinner in Goreme, where can we find trilece, famous Turkish desert, what can we visit besides what we had on our list. He also arranged for us a taxi from Goreme to Konya with a couple of stops on the way to visit some super interesting places. And the view from the hotel was amazing, especially at 7:00 am, when all the hot air balloons were flying around! We also liked the location of the hotel, just a few minutes from the city center by foot.

Perfect location, not too close to noise but within a few steps to the centre. The staff is extremely friendly. The room was big and very well ventilated. It was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in! They have many outdoor sitting spaces to enjoy the view. Good breakfast spread. I don't know if this is good or bad but the online pictures of the exterior of the hotel are a work of art! The water body is perhaps 10 times smaller than I imagined it to be. Its a cute litttle lawn meant for cute little cats. The interiors are better than the images.

Breakfast was same on most days. It was healthy, though repetitive.

The hotel is great, super confortable and spacious. The people working there are amazing! They booked all the activities for us as we asked so we always were confident those were good tours that we could trust. They were super helpful. The breakfast is great and the people there are very friendly. The view from the room is also nice and you can see some balloons flying by in the morning

The only thing that was not great was the WiFi. The WiFi in our room was not working so we had to keep switching to other room's wifi. But no big deal. I think it was just a faulty router that will probably be fixed quickly.

They have the best staff ever. They are helpful and friendly, they let you feel home and family. Especially mr Yaqub and Ali and the rest which I really dont know thier names. The hotel is in a good location almost close to the attractions spots, shops, restaurants and tourism offices. I really recommend Yaqub to take him as a guide and driver he is very honest and friendly and have alot of informations and knowledges about Cappadocia.

The pillows were very hard. The hotel has no elevator so it will be little bit difficult to the guest who they carrying big and heavy luggages. Breakfast need to be improve.

The location of this hotel is good. Close to restaurants and pubs, and also within 10 minutes walk to some massage places. The room is big and bright, and it is very clean. The staffs there are very friendly and their recommendations for restaurants and trips are really good.

The staff was extremely nice! They made our stay so pleasant and memorable. Especially Ali. He went all out to help us - be it our ballon tour, late check out, veg food everything. He is just awesome! Would highly recommend this property if Ali is hosting and taking care of you.

the rooms were amazing. The bedrooms spacious and comfortable with personal decor touches. The terrace outside our bedrooms had beautiful views of the cave houses. The whole hotel was extremely clean. The staff were really helpful.

I would have liked note fruit at breakfast and hot eggs/ omelette

Fantastic property- location, architecture, room size- everything was above and beyond expectation. the service was also impeccable, always delivered with a smile.

one small hiccup- the ac in one of the rooms was not working properly during one of the nights. also, the hotel doesn’t have any dining service (although there are plenty of restaurants close by).

Really nice, and cozy place to stay. Several terraces available for visitors. Big rooms in traditional style, with huge shower. Location is nice if you want to avoid climbing the hills on a daily basis. Super friendly and helpful personnel, you can book trips and excursions on a reception ( actually they found for us hot balloon flight at very good price) we compared prices at different places in Goreme. Breakfasts are tasty and fresh, with plenty fruits. Overall recommended for everyone.

Best hotel that we spent one night for hot-air balloon riding. The manager speaks English very well. Provide a taxi driver that speaks English too. Easy to find. Good view.
