Location is very good that you can just walk 5min to any resturants or shops you want. Room is spacious and clean. and i must mention the view that i can get just walk out from my room and every morning I can see hot balloon haha! Breakfast has many options and you can enjoy it with good view of the town. Reception is very helpful especially Enes who gave me all the guide I need. There is also a cust dog named Latte who just became mommy of 5 little cute puppies.

If I must say, it would be the music bar that might play the music till 9-10pm which it's a bit loud for me as my room is very close to it. Also, it's a bit open plan that any one can sit outside of my room. The first night there was a lady talking on her phone whole night where I can hear everything.

We've stayed 6 days in this hotel and it was one of the happiest memories! They have an amazing breakfast, a great location, and a breathtaking rooftop view. The room was a little dark but in good condition. Towels smell like sunshine. The true gem of this hotel is the staff members. Efe always tries to help(day and night all the way), his brother who is also working at this hotel, invited us to an awesome dinner, and the bartender was friendly, too. Really loved the rooftop bar at night. Highly recommend Moscow-flavored hooka. AND NALA!!! The cutest puppy is always welcoming the guests. I miss her messy hair already. We're definitely coming back.

The accommodation is stunning and very very clean. The staff was super lovely and helpful at all times. They serve a delicious breakfast, which you can enjoy either from the rooftop or from two beautiful rooms available next to it. Also, what's important to mention, the hotel is super close to everything. Walking distance from all main viewpoints and shops, restaurants and cafes. They also can arrange transport to and from the airport.

The staff of Henna Hotel are amazing. I have to commend them for taking care of our every little need. They assisted us with transfers to and from the hotel weeks ahead of time. The breakfast was really good, not being a fan of turkish food I still had a good breakfast with the variety of fruits, breads and toppings. The view from the terrace is out of this world and made for the most beautiful photo ops. They assisted us with whatever questions we had with kindness. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed and coffee bar topped up.

My stay at Henna in July was truly exceptional, and I can't praise their professionalism enough. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and received invaluable assistance in understanding Cappadocia and planning our activities. The room was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staying in a cave room was a unique and memorable experience.The beauty of the place was simply breathtaking, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. The service provided by the staff was beyond compare; they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Taking care of everything, from organizing hot air balloon rides to arranging our tours, made our experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. I can't recommend Henna highly enough for anyone visiting Cappadocia. It's the perfect destination for a delightful and hassle-free vacation.

Very good location, it’s close to any restaurants and shops in town. You don’t have to climb up when back to the hotel, it’s just at the central of Goreme. Wonderful service, the staff at Henna is really helpful, helping us transfer luggage from another hotel to Henna. Also provide so many useful information about trips. Clean and beautiful room: When we just arrived, they upgrade our room for free. The cave room is spacious and super clean. My mom loves it! Food& View You can enjoy the beautiful view and enjoy the breakfast on the rooftop. There are 3 roofs over there. And you can take splendid pictures with balloons. I really love my staying in Henna, everything here highlights my holiday and make this trip really impressive to me.

Very good location. Very helpful staff. Many areas to hang out in and just unwind from a busy outing. It even has a bar on the rooftop. Beautiful and traditional meeting center. Room is very spacious. Big bathroom and shower! Room is beautiful! Large waste basket in room. The Wifi works very well in the room, but not so well in common areas of the hotel. Has a complimentary buffet style breakfast. Offers a shuttle service to and from the airport for a very affordable price. I wish we could have stayed here longer!

There seemed to be a language barrier with some of the staff. We wanted to book a shuttle back to the airport and they had told us they would call our room in 5 minutes, but they never ended up doing so. We had to bring the issue up again at the front desk. There was road work going on at the time of our stay and the electricity kept flickering on and off. The wifi wasn’t working in our room for over an hour due to that. We brought that issue to the front desk and they said to wait 10 minutes (even though we waited for an hour prior to bringing up the issue).On the last day, it smelled like they hit the septic system.

It is very well located! It is close to main street yet it is a bit away from it, so it is quiet As a bonus, you don’t have to climb back to hotel after a heavy dinner 😁 Breakfast was good, and terrace view there was great too. You don’t even need to clomb to a viewpoint to see balloons, you can simply climb a terrace and you’ll have great panorama local cats and hotel’s dog are amazing 😍

We got upgraded room, and it was spacious. But it lacks practicality, specifically: places to put / hang things in bathroom there is only hangers in storage room, those who like to take out stuff from luggage (like me) won’t find good storage system

We stayed at Henna hotel for 3 nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They explained all the different activities we could do in the area and also helped book all of them. Umut was also very kind to help us organize a small birthday celebration on the rooftop for my wife on her birthday night, he also took some incredible drone footage of us. The staff at this hotel were the best of any hotel that I have stayed at and I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel location in center of Goreme near the mail street is good . The staff are all polite, smiling and helpful, always keen to assist. The cute sleepy dog of the host is always there to welcome you in reception and makes you feel at home.The room is nice and clean for such hotels. The interior design and paintings are beautiful.I arrived late evening and check in was fast and simple without even asking for any payment. The terrace is great for watching the Balloons. I appreciate the hospitality of all staff.

The main entrance is a bit off main road and dusty, due to constructing activities in whole area. The steep way to coffee shop and rooms may be a little difficult for older persons with luggage to walk. Breakfast was good but not wow !! served a little slow.On the first day, bread was not available once breakfast was started and in second day, no Turkish Simit bread.More seats and table with Patio umbrella are required. Hotel is little overpriced.
