In Reality, everything is outstanding ,specially the staff ,they are proactive, exploring every opportunity to serve you & excellence in communications , specially the Customer Relation, it is the first time to meet staff who have this min-setup, as-if they are part of the family thinking of All the family needs,and provided us with much proposals about the location to visit and the best time to be there and back. No walking distance shopping or attractions

Very very clean, comfortable beds, quite atmosphere, family oriented, very helpful staff, brilliant breakfast buffet, excellent service team, very nice selection for room food service and last but not least the sea view from the restaurant venue.

Actually nothing - every thing was just perfect - but I wish the rooms had more lighting to help working on the laptop at night.

It was a very nice stay at Hilton Trabzon, The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing ( special appreciation to Awatef Ali as she was so kind and helped us a lot during our stay there). They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trabzon.

everything was nice.

Location is perfect. You can easily access and enjoy the black sea beach at the back of the hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and always wearing their sweet smiles. It's so refreshing to have a wonderful view of the black sea while enjoying the breakfast. The housekeeper of our room "Jasmine" is so nice and friendly and did a very good job in cleaning our room.

The hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful and always smiling even with mask The room it was clean but there are not mini bar in the room but it was okay for me The breakfast was very good for me and they always say good morning to you with beautiful smile

I just don’t like the location of the hotel but not that bad you will need a taxi to go to the center but don’t worry taxi in Trabzon are cheap and there is not beach for the hotel so my advice for Doubletree by Hilton to make a beach for the hotel

Staff 10/10 - Nice, co-operative, respectful and speaking English. Rooms 10/10 - big and well decorated Breakfast 9/10 - very tasty Cleaning 10/10 - housekeeping staff are working hard. Soundproof 10/10 - Quite and no noise from corridor and other rooms. Facilities 10/10 - perfect.

Location of the hotel is little strange. Entry from the main road is narrow with a slope. You can't enjoy the beach too much as there are some old houses of fishermen.

Location, staff, sea view, breakfast were fantastic. The best might be in Trabzon :) TBH, never stayed in any hotel in Trabzon, but this hotel was above my expectations, especially after staying one night in one of the hotels at uzungol area. During reception, there were some misunderstanding about the price, but hotel staff sorted this easily and charged exactly what I booked.

Breakfast was so great ands delicious and have a lot of varieties, really valuable. I like my experience there, all the stuff was helpful and hospitality was great. Housekeeping is very professional, reception stuff are very helpful. Overall, it was really great experience and defiantly will repeat it again. Thank you double tree

I like the cleanness of the hotel, the quiteness. I like how the staff were always trying to help in every way possible.

It is a bit far from the city compared to some other hotels. There is not so many choices of food during breakfast, lunch nether dinner. Every day almost same food.
