The location was great, 15 mins from the center (if you have a car, which you should in trabzon :D). Cleaness is very good. Very quiet. I appreciated that they provided baby crib for our baby! overall great value.

-Food is below average. Ordered pasta for dinner once and didn’t like it at all. Breakfast is very basic. Good thing that we usually go out for food, except when we had to. -Some things needs to be added like hygiene kit ( tooth brush, tooth paste ,etc). -Sea view was ruined by the constructions, but still lovely.

Hey everyone it's Hamza again and I'm back but this time in Trabzon! I stayed for 3 nights at this highly rated hotel and below is my trusty feedback:- Staff and hospitality: On arrival the manager Kubra rectified a communication error straight away and in a polite and professional manner. The owner, his daughter Senna (mentioned later) and Kubra gave their time to sit and talk with me, which is appreciated by all customers! - At the front desk, Said is highly polite and carries himself in a professional and calm way. He actively gave time to sit and help organise 2 days worth of tours very efficiently! And these are at a great price so you don't need to worry about inflated hotel prices. Restaurant / coffee house: This is by far the best feature of this hotel (see image attached). The food is of high quality in the area and the view is incredible. People from outside visit for this food and view! - At the restaurant/coffee house, a special mention to Sinan - ask for this staff member as he shows real passion in his job and gives great suggestions from the menu. He leads the team from the front line at the restaurant! - Senna is also a fantastic member here who is friendly and helpful with good English! *TOP TIP* - order the kaygana instead of a regular omelette. It is a traditional dish which is SO much more flavourful than a regular omelette. Accommodation: Please remember that the following comments are in respect of a hotel at this price range. The location is desirable to get away from the traffic and noise of the city centre. I was able to relax in a jacuzzi and just look out to the Black Sea - I mean that's amazing! I then logged into Netflix on the tv which was a great feature!!

- Take my advice: go into any hotel room and lay on the floor. Now take a look around. The rooms are lovely but just need a few touch-ups here and there. - Jacuzzi: (First World problem coming up) - the tub takes around 30 minutes to fill up! This is should be around 10-15mins in my experience. - Amenities: With a hotel in this price range I normally expect a gym/fitness centre/games room/spa. Any of these would add value and benefit wellbeing of customers further. Overall, this is a top choice for a hotel in the area and they have proved this with me during my stay. As always please give this review a thumbs up so others may take the advice also!!

I found this nice hotel in Booking. Com upon arranging our trip to north turkey, the room i booked was very nice with Jacouzi and Balacony with charming black sea view and garden view in addition to city and green mountains of Trabzon on each sides, everything was nice from the reception especially Mr. Muhammad Nasir, a very helpful, informative, pleasent and welcoming person, who speak a good english, some arabic and fluent turkish, although he is native Pakistani, he made me in love with place and help us in arranging our tours, and not to forget the turkish young receptionists Mr.Muzzafer and Ms.kardelen for thier nice, welcoming attitude and the communication with good english, at the last, the breakfast was rich, fresh in a charming lounge open in a nice garden with large sea view, definitely we will book the hotel again and we recommend it for all tourist.

The Hotel Villas has no Elevators, which make it difficult for the worker to carry the luggages to high floors, and they need to have at least something like golf car to carry the luggages between villas especially during the high season.

the view was excellent also very very comfy, they helped us arrange trips all over trabzon and rize, Mr Muhammad Nasir was great help to suggest us locations to visit. the breakfast was good generally loved it

the heater during cold weathers was not the best, but it was not bad, also there no close shops near by always need a car so make sure to have a car ready or ask the staff to help you they are great

Location: the hotel location let you feel like you are in Trabzon but not really in Trabzon as it about 10-15 min driving to the center. Location is spectacular as it is away from the noise and crowd and give you a wide view to the Black Sea. Room type: We have stayed 5 nights in this Hotel in room type “suite with sea view and garden”. Basically it is located in the ground floor which make it safe and easy for kids to play on the yard. However, if you are looking for better sea view, then, probably you would like to book for upper floor rooms. We found the room ready, equipped with all essentials, clean “same as pictures in booking.com” and rooms are sound prof . Staff: mr. Faseh in reception is very supportive and his manager Cobra will try her best to compensate you with best offers if it happens and you feel unsatisfied about anything. Finally, I really like the cosy design of the place, and I’ll definitely come again next time .

Food: breakfast is of limited options, and dinner is way way better (you should try the dinner) . There is room for improvement for breakfasts menu

my husband and I liked the view the most but aside from that, we liked their turkish breakfast. The room is spacious and the facilities are great. We also liked the uphill going up to the hotel, it's a good exercise after indulging a lot of good food in trabzon. We would also like to thank the staff for a really great experience. We took the Ayder tour offered by the hotel and we got to experience one of the best days of our lives. We were planning to hike up to Huser Yaylasi and get to see fog over the plateau but we got our first snow experience instead, and that made this trip even better. It was really superb.

The idea of these villas (more like hotel suites) is brilliant. Amazingly located within the hill/mountain which makes the sea view very clear. I highly recommend the restaurant of the hotel specially for breakfast because there is no options on walking distances but also because their breakfast in nice. We also tried the restaurant for dinner and it was amazing too. Our appreciation to the restaurant and all it's staff. Special thanks to Mr. Saeed Arash for his help with arranging local tours and taxi.

The room was just as displayed.. very comfortable and staff was extremely friendly

The view is beautiful from the high location of the villas. It super clean! The receptionist is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with so many varieties and a beautiful view from the restaurant too. Highly recommend this little hotel. It's a 15 mins drive from the airport and around 15 mins from the city center.

Excellent location . You can see sun rise from black sea ... While sitting in your gallery. It is so wonderful. The food is great, very very tasty. So much variety of delicious food. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Especially Mr. Mohammad at the front desk made our stay so comfortable and memorable. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful.
