Radisson Blu Hotel Trabzon

best view ever in Trabzon if you choose the room with see view. very clean rooms comfortable bed staff were extremely nice and helpful fast check in and out

this nice hotel is located in the top of the mountain the road to the hotel is very rough and very steep and sometimes it’s very scary, however to be fair 90% of Trabzon is not flat. bathroom is very small and some toiletries are missing.

Towels are old and cut.My son asks for extra sugar they don"t agree .It is far and no restaurants or supermarkets nearby.Breakfast written 15 euros second day they wanted 20 euros!!

The location and the view was amazing. The rooms where big enough. Had an amazing stay!

The breakfast was not variant. And the way they presented the buffet was annoying. I couldn’t see what they had probably. Because only the waiters could go near the buffet and serves you. The dish trays where far and closed. I had been in other hotels during COVID that served our food too. But i was able to see the dishes properly unlike this hotel. Me and my family had also noticed that there has been some messing around with our stuff. I had a box of Turkish delights and when i came back to my room it was left open and eaten from. Thank goodness it was just a simple thing and not like taking something. But still i do not appreciate someone messing with my stuff.

Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean and city of Trabzon. 25 minutes walk to central city, otherwise about a 10 minute drive. There is a lot of traffic though to the Boztepe area. Hotel is luxurious and clean with spacious rooms. Booked 3 mountain facing rooms and 2 of the rooms were upgraded to sea facing rooms-the views were just breathtaking. We only stayed 2 nights but I definitely would recommend staying at least 3-4 nights as Trabzon has so much to offer. Service is fast and fabulous. Very nice gym and pool with beautiful views also. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t speak about that.

Breakfast selection is good but quality of food is very poor.

The staff need to be more patient and polite, also to know more English or any other languages other than Turkish. The restaurant’s staff are slow, not familiar with the menu, not patient with the customer especially if they talked to them in other language than Turkish!!!

Few mistakes about staff confused accessing the room by mistake rather than another room! Cleaning staff do not wear masks all the time. No one manages the parking entrance and tours buses park anywhere and block the road

Sea view rooms hove excellent view. Comfortable Friendly staff

Mountain View rooms have poor views blocked mostly by uphill road, Breakfast is overrated, and quality / variety below expected. Wifi is available, but poor signal even at reception difficult to use wifi for payment. Indoor swimming pool was closed for the 8 days of our stay, not sure if it is in operation.

((Mr.oguzhan )) was Kind, helpful and respectful he solved all the problems in few minutes also he let us to extend our staying and he totally satisfied us ..I hope to have more people like him so gentle and simply. Me and my husband would like to thank him because he let us to have a great full service..
