Amazing hotel…extremely clean and a very homely experience…feel so rejuvenated…good food at the restaurant made by the in house ladies who are soooooo kind and professional. Mr murat and mr volcan have been the most supportive and helpful people at the reception making sure our stay was comfortable at every stage. Even the housekeeping ladies were so kind and helpful and the place is exquisitely clean and hygenic… Im so glad stayed here. Mr murat and mr volcan have really guided us well. Fresco suites is ideal for a pampered at home vacation…worth every penny spent. And i loved the area around, its extremely close to the main market and restaurants. Would love to come back Highly recommended

One of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. Our room was beautiful and well maintained, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, overall it was such a professionally run but cozy place. They also offer lots of tours and things to do in the area but there was zero pressure or hassle.

The hotel itself was amazing and I can't think of any improvements I could suggest. The only thing I can think of is that there was no strictly dedicated parking, but there is free parking on the streets around and we never had trouble finding a spot within a minute's walk (3 day stay in November).

The Staff especially those on duty at the Reception during our stay makes all the difference. Their willingness to show us several rooms when we asked for a change of room because we wanted windows. They make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. They also got the staff to start breakfast half an hour earlier on the day of our departure as Breakfast usually starts at 7:30am. All the small gestures are very much appreciated. We received a call fr the Hotel to say we left an expensive make up mirror behind. He suggested to ship it to us. We received the item securely packaged at our hotel in another city. Thank you do much for your kindness and generosity. Please pass on our sincere gratitude to all your staff for making our vacation a smooth and memorable one.

Excellent location, unique cave design, spacious room and public patio, great rooftop view, walking distance to great restaurants and town center, friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and unforgettable. Murat the hotel manager even helped us arrange local tours. We can't say enough great things about Fresco Cave Suites. Next time we visit, we'll stay here again.

All the Hotel Staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate our demands. The Hotel Manager - Murat - was so helpful he even assisted in getting one of our luggage bags repaired at no cost to us. The breakfast at this Hotel was *SUPERB* - traditional Turkish breakfast at its finest. The architecture and decor of this Hotel was amazing, and its remarkable how they have managed to preserve the old, historic structure of this building going back so many years. The location was great, and was a 5 min walk from the Urgup city center and commercial area, with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and Cafes. If I get the chance to visit Cappadocia again, Fresco Cave Suites will be one of my top choices to stay at.

The only thing that Fresco Cave Suites needs to improve on is their Wi-Fi / Internet access. The Wi-Fi signal coverage was poor in our rooms and was barely usable even when we had a connection.

excellent location - short walk to the Main Street. It was really cool to be staying in a cave room. The hotel has so much history. Room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The tandoor dinner in the restaurant was amazing and don’t miss the rooftop bar!

nothing major that I can think of but there was a minor electricity outage twice for a short few mins in two occasions in the two nights we were there. It came back very quickly so no complaints.

The hotel was clean, well serviced and 5min walk from city centre. Staff was exceptionally courteous and generous. Breakfast served was excellent. Overall a very wonderful experience. We stayed there on a moonlit night and the place was serene. The suites we stayed in were original cave rooms, which served as a family home in older times. Special mention to Mura, Ezghi, Volcan and the kitchen staff for being wonderful hosts. Definitely a 10/10 in all aspects. Thank you team Fresco Cave for making our stay in Cappadocia very memorable..

I traveled with my wife and daughter and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fresco cave hotel. I have stayed at my hotels in the past , mostly Hilton’s and holiday inn’s which are excellent hotels but Fresco cave hotel was the best one , very different unique experience, we would like to go back and stay their again. Breakfast was great. We also tried traditional Turkish dinner which was very good.we loved our stay there. Location is excellent

Everything was great.

Very nice and clean cave hotel in Urgup. Location is very central and you can explore all of Cappadocia's attractions easily by car. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was really good. We tried the traditional dinner prepared inhouse by a turkish lady which was excellent.

The sand from the ceiling in the room keep falling. Probably not a fault of the hotel, its just the nature of the stone the caves are made of.

The property is charming and the hospitality from the entire staff was amazing . Transfers, tours and taxis booked with the hotel were super convenient.
