From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed into Sacred House by helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. On arrival we were given a drink and something to eat, before being taken on a tour of this spectacular property. It feels more like a museum than a hotel with the huge variety of art, literature, and historical pieces on display. We have never seen or stayed at a property with such a unique sense of character and with such a magical feeling. The staff were all fantastic and couldn’t have done more for us. If you’re going to Cappadocia, you should stay at Sacred House.

The detail in decoration, the rooms are amazing, the displays are interesting to look at, and the sauna area was cozy.

The location was okay, I did prefer Goreme more, they also had more cute little shopping streets and nicer views there. The hotel as such was incredible, but it wasn't as welcoming, and warm as I had hoped. The staff does their jobs, but it feels like they are forced to and don't enjoy it, which is not a nice feeling. There were some communication mistakes as well which weren't really cleared up in the end but I let it slide since I didn't want to have any problems during my holiday. I would not recommend staying for more than a night or two.

It was the best stay I ever had , everything was perfect ! Sacred House should be rated as a 6 stars accommodation The hotel/mansion is the most beautiful I’ve seen and the staff were amazing and really care about their guests the breakfast was exceptional ! Served from 8 to 11am the rooms / suits are huge and the bed very comfortables the city center is 5min away which is very convenient to buy souvenirs the hotel also can arrange the shuttle to go to the airport :) Thanks very much to all the staff who made my stay magical ! i can’t wait to come back ❤️

no trouble everything was perfect !

An ethereal experience where the cave setting and room and property design transports you to another world. Facilities all designed for a bit of escapism. Excellent and generous breakfast with local and historical specialties. Loved exploring the property. Accommodated our request for a bedroom which had a window. Staff excellent and professional. Quality toiletries. Car parking for 4-5 spaces directly outside the entrance if you are lucky. Would definitely return if in Capadoccia.

All rooms different so our experience will be different. Handheld shower did not have a holder and was challenging to shower, also the shower curtain was not quite the right shape and resulted in lots of water escaping. No bathroom privacy in our suite (did not matter for us but it might matter for people not that familiar with each other, so ask if this is a problem and no doubt the helpful staff will accommodate).

The hotel (converted green mansion) is amazing, every room is very well decorated and pleasant. Also provides really tasty breakfast(free with our room) and the in-hotel restaurant offers good dinner dishes too. The hotel is at a great location (walkable to Urgup downtown), and the hotel staff were all super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you are visiting in Cappadocia. Very unique experience!

the grounds and property are beautiful

The aircon was very tricky to use, music played around the property is abit to loud and goes on for most of the day and well into the night. i inquired into the green tour and ATV tour but apart from the price the staff couldnt tell me much else about how long and what areas the tours would cover, i think keeping some brochures on hand to share with guests would help.

Loved everything about the property. It’s a boutique hotel and it has a theme they are going with. LOVE THE OPIUM ROOM.

The theme of the hotel is very nice, but sometimes it’s to much sit the music they play. The owner of the Hotel is a genius when it comes to design of the hotel. But when he is around it feels uneasy.

Sophisticate interior, marvelous literature collection, great staff. We really appreciated the thematic breakfast and enjoyed the service. Cocktails are great as well. Front desk had arranged us a wonderful private tour of the nearby attractions. Inferno themed swimming pool is quite an experience with dark classical music in the background. Due to the pandemic, it was less crowded and quite pleasant.

Our superior deluxe room was far from comfortable. Bed was rather noisy. Mattress was uncomfortable. Heaters were constantly working in mid-spring and it was just too hot - we requested to have them off but it just didn’t work. Though I appreciated the thematic dinner menu, I had a hard time enjoying dinners as a vegetarian since there was only 1 vegetarian option. Booked a Spa massage, received a sloppy Swedish massage instead of the booked face&body ritual. It was very disappointing.

Our favourite vampire hotel in Cappadocia. The decoration was stunning and story here narrates the allegory of immortality. We were welcomed with tea and desserts, you can find gourmet snack and nuts in the room , and they also served breakfast to the room before our balloon trip. The hotel arranged the ballon trip and the VIP red line tour for us, everything was smooth and memorable. Also the signature "blood" swimming pool is a must-try, in all we really enjoyed the stay.

Amazing experience to stay here! The most unique hotel I have ever been to in a good way. The storytelling of this hotel was very interesting. Everywhere(room, swimming pool, lobby, bar, etc) was very picturesque. The only thing was that the staff could not speak English very well and the tours and shuttles suggested by staff were expensive compared to normal prices.
