Accommodation & transportation in this city are generally problematic. This hotel deserves its 5 stars, very clean. Very busy. Rooms are big and super comfortable. Nice decoration, everything is modern. But it's at the very end of Corniche beach, not much to do when you reach the seashore, you can only jog and can't stop a taxi or find a bus by the seaside. Instead forget about the seashore and use Hamdan Street and buses to navigate and even to reach the sea (if you don't rent a car). There are bus stations nearby, one of them is for the airport, good that it's close. Hamdan Street is very long and not bad for shoppping or eating. Not loved the pool on the roof. Lobby area can be reorganized, it does not have a friendly vibe. Mall of Abu Dhabi is nearby. All attractions like the Grand Mosque, Mandarin Hotel, Corniche Beach, Qasr al Vatan etc are relatively far. Not by car, again. Abu Dhabi is a square but there is no metro and buses are slow due to the non-stop jam & traffic lights, many many traffic lights. To give you an idea: it may take up to 2 hrs to reach to the Grand Mosque from the hotel by public bus. And yet, did not see a better option in the entire city for a similar value at this price. Did not try the open buffet but was looking good & rich. They have to add one more lift to the building.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I really value the cleanliness and the smell in the hotels and I was very satisfied. Food was great; I had lunch at the buffet small and cozy, nice variety and taste like home. Chef came personally very kind and the Staff very kind and helpful from the valet to the maids, reception and waitress at the restaurant Krichelle and Cherif were extremely kind and attentive. I’ll be back very soon. Thanks

The staff is the best part of the hotel. Cherif and Karla, from the reception, assisted us in every part of the trip, their help have been precious. Location is ok but to reach the center you need a taxi or walk a bit, in any case is very safe. The beds were very comfortable and the room big.

The room was a bit old, but very clean.

Great location, just a few steps away from the Corniche, with buses close to it. Lots of shops near the hotel, very lively quarter. Attentive and helpful staff at the reception. Large room, excellent bed, large and clean bathroom. Good breakfast, buffet with lots of different food.

The location and staff were even better than ive expected. Not far from the Corniche street. But you still have to walk a lot to get to the beach. Housekeeping, buffet and valet workers are so helpful and friendly. No problem with taxi calling. 24/7 reception support was crucial. Loved the pancakes and pickles. Awesome taste and texture. Had a bathtub which made my daughter happy.

Well i wouldn't call the place a 5 star hotel. Ive been to several. And this one is not. Somehow I was informed lately that a deluxe room with sea view was not supposed to have even a little fridge. And the minibar is supposed to be room temperature. Not sure that that is ok for a country that hot. Ruined my blouse because iron wouldn't work properly. Getting too hot or too cold in no time. The pool is on the roof but very small.

The staff of the hotel is very kind and flexible. Though I came later due to issues at the airport than the usual times for Check-In, Check-In was no problem at all. Umar informed me really good of everything I needed to know e.g. gym opening hours or breakfast times, offered me even a late Check-Out as I came in so late. Asking for luggage storage over the day, he told me to inform his colleagues from day shift and it would be possible even though I will have already checked out during the day. The room was big and quiet. Did not hear any neighbours. Beds are comfy and the bathroom was clean. The shower had a real good pressure and the bathroom in general had a decent size. The breakfast was in my opinion a good mix of arabic food and continental breakfast. Only the scrambled eggs were a little dry, but I think it is due to the heaters they put them in. Staff in the restaurant were friendly, very fast with cleaning your place but didn't give you the feeling being in a hurry. The gym is quite small but was sufficient for me. Only used the treadmill. As the gym is located on the rooftop, the view was nice. Did not try the pool nor the jacuzzi. The pool sure is small, but it should be OK for quickly getting refreshed. The staff at the counter, here especially Malin and Salwa, were really friendly and helpful. Both take their time trying to solve whatever problems you might have. As earlier mentioned I stored my luggage in the hotel, that was really no problem at all. Melin tagged my backpack and gave me a receipt and it was no problem at all retrieving it. Even though I was no guest any more at the point of retrieval. This service was for free. So I could roam in Abu Dhabi freely only with a daypack. All in all I was very pleased with the stay in this hotel. Would recommend it.

I would recommend at least two USB ports at each bedside as well as some at the desk. One is carrying so many devices these days so it would be really nice and noone would not have to worry about not having a power adapter at hand.

The room was enormous, almost an apartment. The view was great, and it was not overdecorated. The staff was lovely and supported us in finding something to eat at 2.00 am, after a delayed flight.

The location is not so convenient if you think about walking. I don't believe it is something the hotel could solve, but for us, it was inconvenient. Abu Dhabi is not walkers friendly, so if the hotel is not conveniently located close to a path, you will have some difficulties, like we had, to cross from one side to another. The pool is small and overcrowded. We didn't have plans to use it, but if we had, I would have canceled after seeing the environment.

Loved the cleanliness. Room size was great. Breakfast was good. Variety of things. This hotel has sep men’s and women’s jacuzzi which we didn’t get to use but it is amazing that the facility is there. Bed and room were made daily fresh towels etc aren’t an issue.

The pool isn’t great, no view etc. there is no light under the shower part so it’s slightly dark when your showering. Not good for those with poor vision. We landed at 5am so when it came to check in we were told to just wait until check in or pay extra that too for a twin room and we’d lose our original booking! We were so tired and considering it’s a 5* hotel an offer for a slightly early check in would have been good instead of telling us to just sit and wait! We had to wait in the lobby which isn’t huge but we couldn’t keep our eyes open so slept sitting! The music started at 11am so we were beyond tired. Eventually when asked again at midday, the lovely manager Jill (I think) allowed us to check in slightly early and upgraded us to the premier sea view room for free!

Wonderful LARGE room and bathroom, very clean everywhere, very friendful and speedy staff, they accommodated us earlier than the check-in hour, heated pool and jacuzzi, comfortable beds, we all felt very well here. We loved it!

The only imperfection: one st*pid valet boy broke the wheel and the body of our 20 kgs troller in the afternoon of January 9th 2024. That troller had successfully survived 30+ flights, but somehow he did manage to break it while our luggage was in his custody, I can't imagine how hard he throwed it. He was only supposed to just keep it a few hours while we were visiting the town. But I am not punishing the property for one employee's mistake, I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK.

The room that I stayed in was a King Deluxe Room. It was quite spacious and the bed was really nice and comfortable. I loved how spacious the shower was as well as the shower gel and body lotion they offered in the bathroom. I didn't eat food at the hotel but there are restaurants near the hotel that you can walk to and have really good Indian food.

The TV didn't work on the second day I was there as well as the room phone. I asked the reception to fix the TV and when I came back the TV was still not fixed. Room phones need to be replaced with more modern phones. There was a bad static sound coming from the phone line so I couldn't use the phone to call reception. I had another phone in the room but it wasn't working at all.
