One of the best hotels that I have stayed in Abu Dhabi! What stands out is the top-notch check-in process and the behaviour of staff towards Guests! Our check-in was handled by Mr Hamza at the front desk and I believe He is setting the bar high for his colleagues! The Check-in was very smooth, professional and easy. Our requests were well accommodated by the Staff at check-in. Recommended!

The Major Problem was slow Internet. So If you are someone whose work involves lot of Data Consumption, Be Careful. Secondly, There was some uncertainty from Visa Department of UAE. So I was unsure. I checked with the Hotel Reservations department about the refund if Visa does not arrive and they plainly said No. I explained the situation and said that I will come later on, If visa does not arrive and they still said no. So a deduction in Customer Service Rating. This is the reason of giving them 9 out of 10.

I prefer firmer pillows. These were down very nice but tend to collapse.

Staff extremely polite and smiling always. Ready to assist. Excellent Service..way to go !! Room was clean and tidy. Felt at home.

Nothing to complain!

Breakfast was really good, many different options everyday, the staff were super helpful and nice. The hotel stands in the Center, thinking that all attractions in Abu dhabi are quite spread out us pretty convivir y tu be in the middle. There is no my h to see around but there are plenty of places to eat and drink, lots of local shops what make it interesting to see. The swimming pool was very well maintained and the hotel in general was very nice. We went to a couple other ROTANA hotels and all of them very good. The hotel is 4 starts but I’ll give it 4.5

Nothing really

The hotel is a decent place to stay in Abu Dhabi located directly in downtown. Lots of bus stops around so it's very convenient to commute in every desired destination: Yas Island, beach, Air port, Luvr or Abu Dhabi Zoo. The stuff is super friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel facilities were tidy all the time, room service is available per request. Swimming pool on the roof top is a great place to relax, spa and gym are also available. The breakfast had a variety of dishes including fruits, fresh juice and special menu per request. The overall experience was great, highly recommend.

We booked a spacious studio and were upgraded to an apartment. We booked with breakfast and dinner, which is a good option when travelling with kids. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and options to eat around the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and generally it was cool in the hotel.

When booking I specified that I am looking for a room for 2 adults and 2 children and expected each of us to have a bed. Surprise! The room had only one bed (king size but still one). I was told that I should have specified in the booking that I want extra beds for the kids! I see now that they have amended the kids booking rules and are more clear to this respect, but when I made the booking, there's no such explanation and I was quite disappointed having to deal with this. To be fair, the hotel managed to deal with the issue quickly and resolved the situation.

Location, the size of the hotel - it’s not a very large one and therefore very cozy. Breakfasts were great. Clean room and super comfortable beds. Outdoor roof pool, well equipped gym, spa. Everything you might need was there.

The hairdryer, strange is it might seem. You will find it in one of the drawers in the room. The station is dead adjusted to the drawer, the hairdryer is dead adjusted to its station with a really tight cord. It was quite and effort to dry my hair - I had to sit down nearby and even than the length of the cord was not long enough… Minor thing rally but strange arrangement

One aspect that stood out was the exceptional friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. We would like to commend the thorough cleaning process carried out by housekeeping staff members Ana and Rachel during our stay at the hotel. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. They ensured that the bed linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. It was evident that Ana and Rachel took pride in their work and went above and beyond to create a clean and hygienic environment for guests. Their dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness is truly commendable and greatly contributed to a pleasant stay experience.

We were slightly disappointed with the comfort of the bed, which we find did not meet the expected standards given the price. Furthermore, the balcony was in a neglected state, covered in dirt and dust, making it impossible to enjoy the outside space. Lastly, the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils at first arrival did not meet our expectations. However, all in all it was still a pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here! pleasant experience from start to finish. The one bedroom apartment has a modern look and modern furnishings which I liked, room service were always prompt and friendly! Wifi perhaps wasn't strong for watsapp video/audio calls however this isn't something I was bothered about anyway. Location was great, in a busy part of town with plenty of fast food joints, desserts and supermarkets. Taxis frequently stopping around the corner from the hotel so you were never waiting to long. Will be back at some point! loved it.
