Everything about this property is great. Emin the duty manager was kind enough to give us rooms together. Right from checkin to checkout, everything was amazing. The view from the room is the best, the beach, the pool all are superb

Amazing hotel, everything so new and looks gorgeous. Magic arabic style everywhere in hotel. So light colours and wonderful atmosphere. Staff is so friendly. Reception girl Manisha met us with smile and so friendly. Arranged fast check in. Staff reacting so fast for any request during our staying. Amazing delicious dinner and breakfast in beautiful restaurant. Pool is nice.

The beach is so bad. Closed area same like its not the ocean, stones on the beach and in the sea. No waves, no sea view. Sun beds standing on crooked sand with full of stones. I believe everyone coming to Dibba for amazing Indian ocean and nice beach. Towels for pool ragged faded.

The Fairmont, although aging, is an iconic hotel in Dibba, Fujairah, UAE. It’s perched on a promontory overlooking the Gulf of Oman to the east and the rocky mountains of Fujairah Emirate to the west. The pool is fantastic for kids and the balcony views are tremendous! This is the second time our family has stayed there and we intend to go back again!

If your knees are weak or you don’t have good endurance, there are many stairs to climb around the grounds, but that was not a great impediment to our fun holiday.

The staff are amazing especially mr. Waseem Adib he was professional & eager to help. The cleaning the maintenance came so quickly & sort out the AC issue, respect. Salwa from the spa , even the rest of the spa employees were AMAZING. I love how the lobby is always smell good and spotless

The main restaurant the level of service & the food was Bad, am regular visitor to this hotel but the food quality is getting bad. The staff in the restaurant are not enough, the food varieties is less. They need too get there act together

The friendliness of the staff, everyone is friendly and ready to help when needed. From the reception (Mr Waseem) to the restaurants to the life guards and bartenders. The food was great. Offered great amount of entertainment and facilities to enjoy the stay. Great discounts for FAZAA and Booking.com. It was a great trip that I would like to repeat. The room they provided me with was a great one, they accommodated my need and made my special day with my wife memorable. It is noticeable that the staff and management have worked hard to ensure such a great experience. My thanks to everyone.

Compared to other Fairmont hotels I’ve been to, this did not meet my high “Fairmont” expectations. The facilities were a bit old, the scent you would smell upon entrance is totally bad compared with the scent at Dubai Fairmont for example. I felt there is a room for improvement, but nevertheless, it seemed that the staff worked hard to ensure everything is functioning and nothing is sore to the eye when you look at it. The breakfast variety was a bit less than other big hotel names, but the food quality was great and the food was delicious. Overall it was a pleasant stay that I would like to repeat, however would appreciate to have a better Fairmont experience similar to the one I have had elsewhere.

Fairmont Fujairah Resort was quite impressive with spacious and clean Rooms, nice decorated washrooms, great hygiene, hotel decor, superb customer service and facilities offered. Breakfast was decent and tasty. Pools were quite nice. Beach wasn't as good as some of the sandy beaches you'll see in Abu Dhabi, RAK and Dubai resorts however that didn't matter much as Fujairah and Dibbas pristine landscapes and mountains made it all up.

The hotel has beautiful art work and decor the best part was the family lava pool and kids pool, staff was courteous and helpful. Special thanks to chef Babu Raj as we were vegetarian he arranged special food for us everyday. Room attend Tun was very efficient, Tushar, Ashton, Zakaria, Jass at front desk were very helpful, Khairul was very prompt and accurate at his Room service, Muna and Ragil were very polite. Kanti at pool bar was good in his service. Kids play area lady attendant was good with kids. All the staff tried their best to make our stay pleasant.

Hotel needs to get better on celebration services as we were there for my husband's birthday the decor provided was like for a kid, should add more options like chocolates, flowers etc for giving surprises. Also the kids play area need maintenance work in terms of flooring as our kids fell due to that and we were also about to fall but we balanced ourselves. Please have good options for vegetarian so we can think of coming again.

I liked the all staff specially Mr Ali he was very welcoming and proactive helping us with the language, all the staff were helpful with a friendly smile the decoration of the place is really beautiful, you can find beauty in the small details..I enjoyed that a lot location of the property is amazing, so relaxing and away from city life..the right kind of calmness for a reset :) we really enjoyed our stay there breakfast was ok

breakfast was ok I was hoping to have gluten free options and healthy options. The selection of sausages and cold cut meats can be improved as well
