Royal View Hotel

I do not claim that it is the best hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, but for three stars hotel and considering all the positives compared to the prices, the location of the hotel and the purpose of my stay, I can say that it is my first choice. The Wi-Fi is very good, it's obvious while connecting two mobiles and laptop. Many thanks for the team there, they are very cooperative.

Nothing, as far as my needs are concerned! I have all what I need to stay there while doing my work in RAK.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at this property. The staff was truly amazing, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, with its proximity to the mall. The pool was delightful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would like to extend a special thanks to AYA from the reception for her exceptional hospitality. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, and her warm welcome and genuine smile made us feel truly valued as guests. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a wonderful accommodation experience. The combination of the friendly and attentive staff, the beautiful location, and the overall quality of the facilities make it an outstanding choice. This place exceeded my expectations. It’s a cheap place, and that is definitely reflected in how outdated and worn the room was. So if you’re expecting something particularly nice, this is not it. However, friendly competent staff, reasonably quiet (on the side away from the big road), and a nice little pool. I upgraded to include breakfast for a very small amount extra and was given 3 choices, Arabic, Indian or western, which was delivered to my room at a time of my choosing. Plenty was delivered.

Nothing much to complain about. Eggs in the breakfast were quite oily and not very tasty. I suspect it could be noisy is you had noisy neighbors.

The property was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was huge location is ideal left to right mosque is nearby.

The only thing that affected me was the carpet in the room or in the hallway. It could do a cleaning other than that everything is 8 out of 10. Oh it can be noisy at night time. If you are a light sleeper as they have nightclub downstairs I had to use earplugs to get some sleep /not very good.

We absolutely adore this property and make it a point to visit regularly. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, and the swimming pool is just gorgeous. But what really makes this hotel shine is the staff - they're so friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shoutout to Aya from Reception, who is always smiling and warm. We highly recommend this hotel to families, couples, and anyone seeking a central location with easy access to malls and all amenities.

I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel . The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff(Mr Moham & Mrs Safa ) were very friendly.My room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions. Overall, it was an excellent stay with professional, welcoming staff. I appreciated the clean room and convenient location most. We recently had a wonderful stay at your establishment. The room was not only comfortable but also well-maintained, contributing to a delightful experience. The rooms, the location and surrounding amenities were amazing it is like 10 min from Al Hamra bus station. All Staff including Aya and Chandran were very friendly professional and welcoming. Definitely recommended for RAK stay.

Lobby where indoor smoking is permitted and it is causing passive smoking and force non smokers to go outside. Suggestion: please make a dedicated smoking area outdoor near the pool or no smoking policy indoor in the lobby.

the location is good, it was located in front of the mall, with carrefour supermarket, easy access to all locations as it was located in the city center, nice room, nice staff, all good

bathroom has water leakage, and the room card is not working, we need to call reception or staff each time we come inside the room, reception say they will fix but we waited for long until midnight

The room view is very nice. The room size is perfect for a family with a kid, as the kid can sleep in a separate room with a sofa. There is also a master bedroom bathroom, and a separate small toilet for the kid. The pool is really nice and the water temperature is perfect.

The carpet is not super clean in the rooms. The breakfast is not fresh and tasty. The running water at the showers was going super slow, so you almost cannot shower effectively. The hot water boiler was not turned on when we got the room, so the water was cold.
