Beach and breakfast

In shower there is no pressure of the water I was unable to take shower well I hope on next visit this issue should be resolved I never saw low water in shower

beach area is not that nice like I expected but a lot of activities and has so much fun. food and services are outstanding, room service was a bit delayed and called many times for housekeeping to clean the room. WIFI is so bad in the room, can use WIFI in outside of the room or public area only. Overall, it's really nice and worth money to pay for stay. Activities are so much fun part and enjoyed a lot. Thank you BM Beach for making our staycation outstanding.

Very nice staff, always smiling and solve all the issues we asked for. Very good food, international options. everyone can find his favourite. Also sweets were delicious. Nice place to stay with kids. Very good rate price/value. Fine water activities and accesories.

The hotel is little bit older and need some renovation. Need to offer more aktivities for kids.

The room tv had no indian or western channels at all. At such a place, entertainment has to be number 1 and also there need to be extra electrical sockets to be able to charge the phones. near the bed. The one available were away a bit and the one near bed, if that was used, then the lights had to go off.

I went with my brother visiting from Australia. We had a very good stay and relaxed and had fun. Staff were great. Pool and beach were great. Food was excellent the breakfast and dinner buffet were awesome. If you are stuck up and a whinger then I suggest you find 5 star elsewhere. This place is great value for money for us more common working types.

If you expect some real or long life milk in the room fridge for your coffee or tea then take some with you.( But if you wait for buffet to open it's very good )

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice beach with plenty of sunloungers/umbrellas and a resonably sized pool with plenty of room to lounge by the pool. The meal buffet options have a good range which I enjoyed but are always subjective according to personal taste and country of origin though well cooked and kept replenished.

The all inclusive includes a good selection of soft beverages and the alcohol range though limited is acceptable, but the wine is pretty poor. The room had been 'refurbed' so had been repainted. The AC controller (which is very old) had markers for the on/off/fans which did not match the line on the knob at all. The sink had been broken at some time and (I asuume) all the cracks had been sealed from below it. The shower tray has appoximately 4 inches of water after 2 quick showers though did drain, albiet somewhat slowly. They do not supply floor towels in the bathroom so the bathroom floor can get a little slipery.The picture/signal quality of the television in the room is absolutely appaling or has simply not been set up properly.

The checkin was smooth, big thanks to Amir, he was very clear and sufficient . The rooms were spacious as we booked the suit room the pool and the beach were very clean and nice . The staff were very friendly as they sang Bday to my boyfriend, and it was a very special nice celebration. The breakfast lunch and dinner were very delicious and lots of variety. I would definitely book again. One of my best stays here in UAE.

Everything inside the hotel was excellent and nice. The only thing which isn't a big deal but little concerning is that there is no Valet Parking, so you need to park and walk a bit. Thanks BM hotel.

The staff are great. They have nice managers that are there literally 24/7 to help you with ANYTHING. The serving staff was very nice and attentive. The cleaning service was good (despite the fact that the first day at check in the bathroom was dirty, later on it was amazing) The food was very delicious , hands down the best food I ever had at an “all-inclusive” hotel. The beach was marvelous with enough sunbeds for every guest. The pool was quite okay, not very big but as the hotel wasn’t full it was nice to enjoy. Some activities are organized daily by the entertainment team which helps you to chill and try some new things out. Totally worth trying everything.

Probably the only bad thing about the hotel is the building itself and how the facilities are arranged, because you literally get out of the hotel to go to the pool/beach area and everything. They do have a staircase from inside but it is very hot there and you have hard time getting up to your room.

Very good breakfast... Location...very easy to reach ... towards city centre, yet on the beach .big swimming pool .. external....Lots of green places, banana trees, water sports...The private beach is beautiful and we'll maintained...just that the sea is quite rough....prefer to swim in the morning when it's smoother...Puttu at reception was great, she even got me a small birthday cake..All staff were great and prompt..Good parking facilities..,.The pub and drinks in general are quite expensive.....The breakfast room ..has to have a better A/c ..as it was barely cooling. .. Overall a good experience. Will definitely go there again.., maybe try the Long beach...chalets or tents...Thank u BM staff... Oh and there is a nice gym and tourist shop .

As I said the breakfast room A/C was barely working and the hotel needs a face lift....Also room 311 had no refrigerator..

the food was nice

they gave me a wrong room that looked nothing like the pictures and I had to complain for them to put me in the room i actually booked. even that room doesnt look as clean as the pictures especially the bathroom
