The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert

I loved the location and ambience . The staff are all warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble from the room chambermaids, to the room service/dining. The reception are all friendly, professional and efficient and the welcoming team (I must mention Hussein who was lovely and always had a smile on his face) and the men that drive the buggies are polite, friendly and well informed- I really can’t complain! Thank you for marking my birthday - a lovely touch. The rainforest experience is something you must try and the gazelles and camels wandering about is mesmerising! Location is amazing. Villa was amazing.

Spa is outdated. The fixtures are not up to standard, not clean and not 100% functional. The hydro pool jets are not all functional. The heated relaxation beds were not functioning. For a Ritz Carlton property, it was quite surprising to see. Many of the menu items were not available which was very disappointing.

One of my best staycation! unique desert experience I was very surprised even living in UAE many years. Me and my family chose this hotel to celebrate birthday, thank you very much for beautiful emotions. Al Hamra beach was amazing place also!

A unique oasis in the Al Wadi Desert with beautiful view over the desert. Beautiful and large villas with private pool. Excellent for couples who wants some privacy and intimacy in their vacation. Excellent choice to spend at least some nights and enjoy a beautiful sunsets in the Al Wadi Desert. A large range of different activities available. Excellent breakfast and restaurant services with really good quality. Easy to move inside the large resort area by golf buggies or bicycles.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert was enhanced by the impeccable service at the SPA, notably by Sye at the reception, and the skillful massage therapists. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction made our SPA experience unforgettable. Additionally, the dining experience at Farmhouse was remarkable. The restaurant’s ambiance and gourmet dishes, inspired by the freshest local ingredients, truly elevated our culinary journey. The attentive and friendly staff made every meal a delightful experience. We highly recommend this desert oasis for a truly luxurious retreat.

The villa was very beautiful. The view on the desert was amazing. Especially during sunset and at night. It was very calm. The butler Charith was extremely professional and helpful. He welcomed us with warmth and great energy. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything is set up for our special occasion. Charith was also available to help us with all our requests in no time! My fiancee needed nail polish, but it was not available in the hotel. Charith the superstar had a solution, sent a taxi buy it from a mall that was 25mins from the hotel. This is what we call great professionalism and amazing sense of hospitality. Another one was when we were having dinner and his shift was ending around 10pm. We needed the bone fire to be lit up in the villa at around 11:30pm to enjoy the beautiful night in the desert. He made sure ti make it happen, and asked someone to be ready to do it when we come back. (He even brought us marshmallows!!) Wow what an experience, and Charith made it even more special and memorable. Thank you Charith and Kudos to you if you are reading this review!

Amazing and super friendly staff, attends to the request promptly. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the room, every part of it. We love the private pool. We enjoyed the Falcon show, met lovely birds of prey and how amazing they are. Me and the kids super enjoyed the wildlife feeding, amazing experience. We looked forward to do the Stargazing activity, unfortunately it was cancelled due to the weather. Overall, was an amazing experience, very different from all other hotels we stayed in Dubai, AUH and Ras Al Khaimah, Ritz-Carlton al Wadi is much more closer to nature which we always value. Thanks for the experience.

Everything! All-round wonderful service, fantastic experience, and amazing setting. A wonderful place to just get away and relax, and the staff are all very friendly and attentive. The Rainforest is unique, amazing experience, not to be missed!

The pull out bed for our extra guest was flimsy and uncomfortable, which was very surprising considering the quality of absolutely everything else. Maintenance on The Rainforest is a little disappointing, we have visited twice now, and on both occasions a couple of parts of this experience have not been functioning, but even with this, it is still amazing and not to be missed.
