This is the best hotel if you're traveling on a tight budget. It's located on a quiet street but only 4 minutes walk to the night market.. There's also a nice cafe with a rooftop ( NOSAN COFFEE AND TEA ) which is just outside. The location itself is full of restaurants. The room is big (no window). The A/C is fully-functioning and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Toiletries are provided although you need to bring your own bath soap. The staff ( Mr. Thong ) was so nice and always ready to help.. A big "Thank you" to him.

The hotel is basic, but completely enough and suitable for a short term stay near Hoan Kiem Lake! The location is very central and the staff really friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty simple and a little old, but everything you need is provided (even though many rooms do not have real windows, but if you only use the room for sleeping anyway it’s no problem, I think). The price is fair and matches what you get!

I forgot to ask the name of the male staff. He is extremely nice, very accommodating, helpful, and always smiling. He is very dedicated in doing everything the best way he can, from receiving guests, cleaning the room, and attending to our needs.
I wish there was a microwave in the room and a foot rag.

The room was nice, with air condition, a phan, nice bed. it's in a perfect location in the heart of the old town and just 10 minutes by walk from the bus stop (bus n.17) that connect the city with the airport.
there are no windows (there is a window but you see the stairs inside the building) you don't have the light and air from outside, so for us wasn't the best.
