I have booked this hotel for its very good review and it was indeed what I expected it to be. The staffs were extremely helpful and were all so nice! Very hospitable and kind. As it was my birthday during the time when I traveled to Hanoi I was so lucky to have been upgraded to a suite room on the 7th floor with wide windows and a small balcony. My bed was very comfortable and indeed I had a wonderful night rest. Having to stayed in their hotel for 3 nights was indeed a very nice experience --- breakfast was pretty good -- always a happy tummy every morning. And the hotel's location was a walk away from most of the popular sites. Taking the grab from the hotel was pretty easy too. I love the location as it is perfectly situated in the Old Quarter having to be so accessible to nearby touristy spots and local shops. I booked with them a car service from the hotel to the airport which was very reasonable at VND300,000 -- USD12.60 -- as compared to others offering it for USD15-20. Overall, I really would recommend this hotel. If there's this one thing that I didnt like -- It was the one floor that I have to take by staircase as the elevator is only up to the 6th floor. So I have to get off at the 6th and walk my way to the 7th floor through the stairs. Its just a small detail and wouldnt actually affect the overall stay in this hotel.

Staff were extremely helpful. They arranged a pick-up from our hotel in Halong to their hotel in Hanoi for a very reasonable price. They also supported us with the police when my partner lost her phone. Location was close to everywhere we wanted to go to. Good breakfast and the staff packed a breakfast for us on the last morning as we had an early flight out. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was a little small and the bathroom was a bit old and small (though it was clean). It appears that the window in the bathroom goes across more than one floor as there was an opening. We had a couple of small roaches visit the first night but not a big deal.

That was our second stay in this hotel after a cruise in Ha Long bay. Again, the staff was really helpful, professional and friendly, providing any help and information when needed. The room was perfect and the location made it easy to head back for a break in the afternoon after a long morning walk in the city. Again, breakfast was good and on our final day, we asked for a late check out which was possible for a very reasonable fee (we left the hotel at 6pm and trust me, it was needed to freshen up before going on with our trip in Vietnam). Definitely recommend this hotel, and I will keep it in my records.

The location was great, easy access to any main attraction within walking distance. A lot of places to eat around, coffee shops and a mini mart just around the corner. Breakfast was a good start of the day, with a mix of local and western food, plus eggs cooked on demand. The staff was particularly friendly, helpful and professional, trying to answer any request very diligently. They offered a late check out at a very reasonable price as we were flying out in the early evening and trust me. you really want to freshen up after a whole day walking :) I will recommend it and actually, we stayed in the same hotel again during our trip in Vietnam.

The staff received us with a warm welcome, being very helpful. The organized the pickup from airport as well. Helped chaning USD to VND. The location is great, in the Old Quarter, close to any main attraction of Hanoi, within walking distance.

The facility is not worthy for a 4 star hotel. There are a lot of small issues like cracked paint. The room we received requires serious renovation. The balcony and bathroom door had a big space between the wall and the door. The breakfast is quite limited, especially vor vegerarian/vegans/pescatarians and not very tasty to be honest. All in all, I cannot consider this hotel a 4 star one. Maximum 3 from de facilities point of view. The only reason I give 8 out 10 is thanks to the hospitality, but should do a lot of improvement at facility level, in my view.

All the staff members were super friendly and helpful. Especially Jenny from the tour information counter helped us with every question we had and was always there for us. We booked a tour to Ha Long Bay with her and it was awesome. The room interior looks very nice and the breakfast had a good variety, even freshly prepared egg dishes. The laundry service was super and very fast.

The AC in our first room had a problem, but we could move to another room. The equipment in the rooms was a little worn off here and there. But considering the price, the hotel still offers an excelllent value for the money.

I was first surprised the room didn't have a window, but after staying in Hanoi for a while I must admit it's a benefit. The streets are unhumanly noisy, and you'd enjoy the quiet of your room. Having an internal window to the bathroom is an unexplainable feature of all Vietnamese hotels. The good thing is there's Venetian blind. It's a good value for money, especially given the comfort of the room and location. It's close to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long, and the beautiful Temple of Literature.

All alleged drawbacks turned out to be for good. Don't rush to make an opinion and live there for a while. You'll see the things that are non-sense in a European environment make perfect sense in Hanoi.

The location is great to get around Hanoi, the rooms where spacious and well laid out with trendy decor, we had a room in the 6th floor for the first two night and it was wonderful, really large and comfortable bed. The room we had on the 4th floor stay between tours was also nice (pictured below) The breakfast had quite a few options and was tasty. The standout about this hotel is the staff, they are all super friendly and helpful. Special recognition to Jenny for helping us organise a transfer from the airport and tours to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay. Her communication during the booking process and overall service was outstanding and gave us great comfort for when we first arrived in Vietnam. I recommend this hotel without hesitation and would very happily stay again should we ever return. Thank you to all the staff!

Communication and information: Before the arrival the Andy contacted me to ask of I need any help airport pickup, bookypurs etc. He was very helpful and the communication was very good. He organised halong bay cruise and Nihn Bihn yours that were excellent. We paid at the propertyduring checkin by card with 3% bank card fee (this is very common in Vietnam) Arrival and checkin time: Staff helped us with luggages and offered coffee and water. Check in was quick and staff was very helpful. Gave us some information for the city. Rooms: As expected, relatively clean, shampoo/shower clean towels, nice bed. Hot water and aircon. Location: In the city centre walkable. Excellent location to walk around the old quarter. Check out: Easy and quick, helped us with luggages to put then in the taxi. Very friendly staff.

Communication: English could be improved. They sold us tourist sim cards, but we had some issues and the communication didn't help but they tried hard to help. Internet: Room internet coverage could be improved. We were on the 7th floor and the internet wasn't working very well.
