Grand Plaza Hotel & Wellness

I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me out with my questions on sightseeing and shopping. I also spent an hour at the spa as part of my package and enjoyed the facilities.

It was 30 Euros parking per night for my rental car. Staff were very kind to assist me with parking the car and also driving it up when I went out for excursions. It was quite challenging to find the hotel on the first day due to the one way streets. Note that there wasn't much wifi available even though we had roaming packages.

Everything was great, helpful and polite staff, superb location, big parking, wonderful atmosphere.

The room was not that big as it should be at 5*, the parking is not for free, sheets not changed everyday, one elevator was always off for “Maintanence”. Also I don’t recommend their Italian restaurant for special occasions as our Christmas dinner was not what we expected and paid 115€ pp at all. Food was best to say mediocre but suggested ad and served in Michelin style. The lonely play by bass violin artist didn’t compensate for it and at least should have been accompanied with some other instrument. To sum up all the aforesaid, overall stay should have been less expensive and the special event at the restaurant worked through before selling it for such price.

The location was perfect nearby shops and restaurants. Sound proofing was excellent. Although there were constructions at the back of the hotel, we couldn’t hear anything. The rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The spa was nice and you can enjoy it for free an hour per day with specific timing for kids. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the air-conditioner which was solved immediately.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Plaza! The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was spacious and quiet, the breakfast was delightful, and the valet parking was very convenient. We were only in Andorra for one night, so did not have a chance to use the spa at the hotel or eat dinner at the restaurant but look forward to trying both on future visits. They also have great robes!

Great place to stay in Andorra. The personnel is really nice and friendly. The facilities are aesthetic and artistic, and the rooms are modern and clean. We got upgraded to a bigger room in our first stay since there were not many people in the hotel at the time. My husband forgot his toiletries in our first stay and we decided to return here on the way back and stay a bit longer. It's a pity we found out about the spa only the second time around, because that is also worth a try. Wonderful experience overall!

The room size was great, considering we are a family of 4. Breakfast was great. The staff were terrific. I have been visiting Andorra for the past 11 years and always book in Grand Plaza. The rooms were renovated, which was a plus for us.

Nothing True 5-Star hotel

Everything was just great really. From the frontdesk staff, to the room, to the restaurant.

We were charged ~25 euros extra per night for traveling with 2 kids but the younger one was 2 months old and the older one just used the "included" crib so we didn't really make use of anything to warrant the surcharge. Either way it's within their right so it didn't spoil our vacation.

Hotel is absolutely amazing we were on a trip and we were very much tired and it was so comforting to arrive to the hotel. The staff are amazing .It’s very cozy. It’s absolutely near all the shops in Andorra and ski. The rooms were big and comfortable . We are pleased to recommend this hotel in Andorra.

Cleanliness, staff. Staff is just amazing.

WiFi and AC. I understand it was really hot, but i was unable to sleep most part of the night because AC was not able to chill the room, it was 24C+ at 11 PM. WiFi in the room was really poor. I was working during the week i was staying and was forced to use my mible internet because in-hotel connection was awful.
