The location is very good. Close to the bus for the ski lift, 5 mins walk from the center and 10 mins walk from the busy station from Barcelona
The ladies at the spa were not very nice/polite. Plus the spa is too busy and nobody taking care of it on the inside so some people don’t respect the others or the timing on every facility. This makes the spa experience horrible and I didn’t go back to the spa the next days. Since we chose this hotel for the spa, I will change next time.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for having a dog, easy walking, perfect parking for hotel, and just off street parking, location is not straight into the busy street! A few minutes to the main duty free shopping. Best breakfast in the hole of Andorra. After many visits to Andorra this is the perfect place for us! 😊
Toilet a little close to the wall, not very good if your claustrophobic. But great, over all stay! 😘

The room was very spacious. The beds were relatively comfy. The facilities were very good. We asked for extra pillows and we got them very quickly.
Our room wasn’t the cleanest. The amount of dust on the windowsill suggested it wasn’t cleaned for a while. And the water in the mini bar was opened.

The buffet was great both for breakfast and dinner. We ate there every day. The kids' area was great with variety and was fun. The pool area was big and clean too.
More and better options for room service; there were only toaster pizzas, and they were very expensive. The treadmill at the gym were very old and did not work very well. There were older kids (teenagers) in the kids' are and no one to supervise.

The room was very comfortable, clean and warm, water pressure in the shower was great, breakfast was incredible (super complete, lots of choices) and the kids area was amazing. We didn't have a chance to use the spa/heated pool facilities but they seemed great too.

Communication isn't great, I ask if I needed something for the spa at the reception and they didn't told me that the cabinet to put my stuff works with 2 euros. I realized at the spa so the ladies there gently take care of my clothes
