QUIET! I heard no traffic noise at all as it is tucked behind other buildings. EXCELLENT LIGHTING. I could read! I find most motel rooms poorly lit, way too dark to read comfortably. New and very slick. Great shower. Walking distance to cafes for breakfast and 2 pubs and a Chinese restaurant.All within a block Also, it’s a great town in a stunning area.

our room had 2 queen beds with no chairs or tables - a bit strange when there is a kitchenette with crockery and cutlery provided. , but nowhere to eat comfortably! we bought in the outdoor chairs and little table so we could sit and have a drink and snack and watch the news before going out for dinner.

Didn't see or need any staff so couldn't comment on them but liked the coded check in especially as we were arriving late. The motel is obviously very new. The room was spotlessly clean. Bathroom was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable and bedding, linen towels all of good quality. It was just a transit stop, arriving late and leaving early so couldn't comment on things like location/the town, facilitiies.

Somewhere to put your suitcase apart from the floor. The narrow cane bench/stool at the end of the bed isn't practical. Some "normal" size cups/mugs would be good. The ones there are very nice but way too big.

Every you needed was there, a lovely kitchenette and comfortable bed. Generally well designed and clean, bright and airy with new fittings. Private outside patio a bonus. Good quality toiletries.

Not the owner or managers fault but we think an occupant may have had their dog in the room with them, (against motel policy), judging by the strong smell on arrival which meant we had to air the room out before occupying it

The property was new, very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing and very accommodating as well as fixing any problems that arose during our stay.

Unfortunately for the first 2 nights the hot water system was down but as soon as we let the staff know they were on top of it and we were moved to another room to ensure we were able to have a warm shower and well looked after.

Very Comfortable bed! modern, clean & well appointed rooms with luxurious body wash, shampoos etc… Very central to the lovely town of Boorowa. Next door to a lovely pub! A great place to rest & rejuvenate!! Convenient self check in, although if you are lucky to meet staff as we did, they are so helpful with recommendations etc ….we loved it 😊

everything. only a year old. modern facilities. good size room and bathroom. comfortable bed and good kitchenette facilities.

when the people in the next door room had an early shower; the noise in my room was extraordinary. Certainly would have woken me up had I not already been awake. I was surprised and it took me a while to work out what was happening.

the room was great fresh and clean.

the walls were paper thin we could hear everything from the next room as if they were in with us. if I had to be picky unfortunately the cleaners let them down there was still a half drank bottle of juice in the fridge and a dirty towel left in the bathroom and hair still in the basin from the previous tenants.

Cycle touring friendly - plenty of room for bike in the room and they are happy for you to bring it in. Large new-ish rooms. Very clean. Fabulously comfortable bed. Early check in where possible. Across the road from a lovely cafe for breakfast and lunch.

the excessively loud Doof Doof music coming from the Courthouse hotel next door was very annoying. however this is not a reflection on the quality of the Ned Ryan

Very new. Friendly staff. Cycle touring friendly - could put bike in room. Great location. Fabulous soaps etc in bathroom.

Lots of noise from neighbours. No staff on site. They need to implement (and enforce) no party policy.
