Swaggers Motor Inn

Quiet location. Clean light and spacious room with a large comfortable bed, a lounge chair, table with two chairs, desk with chair, plenty of space for luggage and good quiet air conditioner. Flat screen TV with Foxtel and the ability to stream Netflix etc from your own device via wireless connection with free wifi in rooms. Separate area for tea and coffee making with large fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, crockery, and cutlery provided. Good clean bathroom with great shower. BBQ area with undercover tables and seating as well as small tables and chairs in shady courtyard. There is even a car washing area and guest laundry. Local service club offers meal delivery to rooms at good prices.

Breakfast not available. Wasn't a problem for us as we self-catered.

I don't think I have breakfast included, but that's OK. What I like most is the staff at the reception on the day of my checking in --- he was both professional and very friendly ---sometimes you got people who appear professional but not that friendly (at a distance) ...other times you have people at the reception very friendly but not very efficient ...the staff at this motel on my day of checking-in were both friendly and professional

In the context of the Australian motel/hotel sector, this motel is very good indeed, from facilities to cleanness to staff...great value for money

As we were going to arrive late at night, we called in advance to let the property know. Raj provided with the room number and ensured us that the room will be waiting for us. When we arrived after midnight we saw our name on the door, which made it easier for us to find the room. Also, as we walked in the room the heater and the lights were on. Thank you for being so considerate!

Everything was to the top standard!

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Was a cold night but heater worked quickly and efficiently. Shower good. Kitchenette adequate for all we needed. Large fridge a bonus. Appreciated nice mugs for tea. Great to be able to park outside our room. Man at Reception was welcoming and helpful and recommended places for dinner and asked if there was anything else we needed.

The door on our room didn't close properly and we were shocked to see it ajar when we returned from dinner. Just a simple adjustment needed. We should have reported it to management, so our bad. Was a bit disappointed that there were no electric blankets but as it turned out, room was cosy and didn't need them.

On arrival i was exhausted and having technical issues in making payment. The young fellow was amazing in his assistance and patience. The room was exactly as expected and wanted to relax for a good nights sleep.

There is wifi and you can hook up your own tv streaming app to the TV but it would have been good for streaming to be automatically available in the room.

The location was great , our room was lovely and comfortable.. unfortunately we didn’t get time to use the spa .. but sure looked inviting.. room was very clean . staff were lovely they allowed us to have an early check we had travelled from Barellan and would have had to find something to do for an hr Parking was excellent

Another great stay. Cycle touring friendly - can bring bike into room. Early check in if the room is ready. Real milk for your tea/coffee. Very clean.

The magpie swoops you on the way in! It’s quite a walk to town but there is a supermarket and bakery close by. It’s an older bathroom but still very functional and clean.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable Motor Inn, more spacious than expected with larger fridge than expected in a separate kitchenette area; good size sink for washing dishes; well equipped with cutlery and crockery; very comfortable bed with bedside lights; space for luggage; comfortable armchair; and a very welcome detail - environmentally friendly dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner. I have highly recommended Swaggers to friends who will be travelling to Melbourne from NSW.

The room was spacious and very well presented. Sound insulation was very good. Lovely bed.

A teaspoon in the drawer was dirty, looked like it had been used for ice-cream or milk in coffee, it was smeared with a coating. Cleaners need to be aware that cutlery should be checked. I left the spoon on the sink for the cleaner. Reception was unoccupied when I arrived and when I left so couldn't report this directly.

Nice sized rooms, Big ensuite, Sure clean room (Yes i checked), nice kitchenette room with Microwave. Staff were super nice.

Gaps around the door (Needs door seals) lets in a lot of cold (And it was very cold overnight) air, as a constant breeze. Aircon/Heater, looked great, could not get it to do anything, Nice led lights though. Bed was nice /firm, but the pillows were as well, did not like them at all.
