the bar/bistro looked great and offered a great menu! the room was spacious and bed was comfy. I also left something behind that they’re mailing back to me free of charge! Thank you so much!

maybe I stayed in a room after some dirty people came through? I’m only adding a negative after the previous comment. Because I was greeted with a great waft of the smell of bleach as I entered the room. I kept things open to air it out for the first few hours… which did inspire to wonder around outside a few times and breath in the fresh country air!

Great for the budget traveller. Whilst the bathroom facilities are a little dated the room was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. A toaster was available in the room. A knife a a some plates would be of benefit. The rooms were quite even though quite close to the highway. There was some loud music playing in the pub however the facility seemed to be mindful of the fact guests would be wanting to sleep and ceased after 10pm, Will stay again,

Amazing values for money! Big rooms. Next door to the hotel with food and beverages, service station with IGA across the road and a takeaway store on the other side of the buildings.

A little dated and not super, super clean. But this isn't really an issue as the price is so great and I had a great sleep.

The town is a very pleasant option for a stop en route to Melbourne. The place is newly renovated and the building work has been completed to a high standard - the shower area doesn't flood onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The fitted wardrobes and shelving/desk area is well designed. They were generous with tea and milk. All very comfortable.

The property is in a great location, we had a function at a winery close by so it was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable and no road noise. The hotel has great meals and a friendly atmosphere.

The room was dated and the bathroom needs an upgrade. I noticed they were doing work on some of the other rooms so hopefully that continues for the remainder.

Great place for a weekend away. Cold beers and a fabulous selection of pub food and convenient onsite accommodation with onsite parking. Comfortable enough for the price.

The room smelt wet & musty, bathroom was proper yuk, mouldy walls, tiles and shower curtain. It looked like renovations of rooms are happening now which will improve the experience 100%.

The Murrumbateman pub is an amazing place. The people, the food and the atmosphere are just amazing and will definately stay there again and just go back when passing for the great food and excellent service.

By no fault of the hotel's we had no tv, but none of the tv's in the whole place were working, so it wasnt a big deal.

Great value for money if all you need is a place to sleep. Room was easy to warm on such a cold night. The bar offers a selection of the local wines which really added to the experience of being in a new place.

We ordered dinner at the motel bar and it took over an hour to arrive. It was probably a particularly busy time as it was leading up to Easter, but I would recommend ordering your food before you start to feel hungry! TV reception wasn't great.

Great tavern with good country style meals and good selection of beers off tap.

The rooms need updating and soundproofing and smoking is allowed outside the rooms so the cigarette smell still entered my room.

The staff were helpful, the room was clean, big and had everything that was needed. The bathroom was lovely.

Probably the only things I could say that could improve this place was the bathroom window was a bit old and dodgy and a hand towel rail in the bathroom would have been good.
