This is an older-styled roadside motel that has been tastefully redecorated and updated. We stayed in the family room which was huge. The decor is modern, the beds clean and comfortable, and with microwave, kettle, fridge, cutlery and crockery. The shower is huge and the table and chairs are a convenient feature of this room. Staff are friendly and helpful and the $10 breakfast tray is more than adequate.

When showering the the morning the water was hard to regulate. I assume that because the laundry was being used at that time. Shower drain is a bit smelly and this seems to be a common comment. Road noise is noticeable, not offensive but you can hear the semis and the nearby trains.

Check-in was a breeze and the host was super friendly. the room was clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The motel grounds are easy to navigate and the landscaping is just lovely, especially in full spring bloom. We also loved the pretty garden lighting at night which made it so easy to find the motel in the dark!

I was super keen to meet the mini pigs described on the website but couldn’t seem to find them :( But definitely worth a stay if you’re visiting town and need cost effective accommodation.

Location,friendly staff, BBQ n pergola. It was lovely to see people using it sensibly in the evening and a great spot to relax after a day's driving. Road noise did not bother us and it was very quiet during the night considering it was booked out.

Dog poo. I booked this motel as it said Pets Not allowed so I was disappointed when walking around the garden to find quite a few piles of poo. A 5 minute clean-up could have tidied it up.

The location was good for being on a Highway, but was told on booking in about that as far as noise goes, but it proved to be no problem. For staying by myself it was all that I needed without having a five star unit. Hot water, toilet, security & easy book-in & departure were good.

The main thing I missed was a bed lamp & my usual grump of no car cover, & being in the 30 deg. centigrade both days was a good reason I miss that.

From the moment we arrived we felt like family! our room was clean and comfortable and both the host and guests were so beautiful. nothing was too much trouble and I’ve never felt more welcome! we were offered use of the amazing bbq and Julian lit the fire pit for us.

Restaurants/pubs aren’t within walking distance, but there’s awesome facilities to cook your own!

Room was very clean, had good aircon, spare blankets and pillows, everything needed for tea and coffee. Nice surroundings, lovely staff.

Not a complaint just an observation that a little maintenance is needed, like toilet roll holder coming off, big patch on the wall needed sanding and painting. No exhaust fan in bathroom but window did open, just that it was too cold to leave it open. But room was a good size and we were very happy with it.

Motel old style and even though room was very small, it was clean, bed comfortable, and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning good. It also had crockery, a toaster kettle, and microwave. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Whilst BBQ had fairy lights, and lights in the garden, it was dirty.

The owners were amazing! They were very welcoming and friendly, giving us travel advise and suggestions of places to check out on our way. The place was beautifully maintained with gorgeous gardens and places to chill under beautiful shady trees. The room itself smelled very fresh, obviously very well maintained and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff made our stay enjoyable and accommodated our earlier departure by moving forward the feeding time of the cute piggy’s so we wouldn’t miss out.

The property was great, we had all we needed for the price paid. We arrived on Sunday and while everything was closed in town, the staff managed to blow balloons and put a happy birthday sign for my little one. Such a kind gesture and a very warm welcome. The outside bbq area was charming.

The room had a microwave. plates knife forks teatowel etc. Everything that I think a motel room should have on offer. There were lovely bbq facilities room was comfy, nothing more you could ask for.

The only thing I like is Donna covers but these days motels aren't doing. Maybe it's a rule within the industry. I say bring back the Donna covers.
