location is amazing. so easy to get to from Airport. train straight to Wynyard and stroll to hotel. Everything you need. short walk to Queen Victoria Building and Westfields. Vapianos Italian restaurant on ground floor of hotel was amazing. CBD hotel opposite corner. stroll to Darling Harbour. could not Fault. Room was perfect. Shower amazing. complimentary Non alcoholic drinks provided in Mini Bar. couldn’t want for more.

The fantastic staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The facilities and complimentary items and mini bar were most welcome. The location in the middle of the CBD and retail was welcome.

The Grace is gorgeous, historically relevant with an interesting history (check out the panels and photo gallery in hallway behind reception). The beds are to die for, so comfortable. Requires real willpower to get up in the morning! The spacious walk- in shower with 2 shower heads to choose from is amazing. Enjoy the soft patter of ‘rain’ for a gentle start to the day. The entire bathroom is fully refurbished, super clean and modern. The Grace is very centrally located with a 15 min walk getting you to all the key destinations, like the Rocks, Circulair Quay, Opera House, Sydney Moderns, Art Gallery of NSW, Pitt St shopping just to name a few. You will love stating here and I’ll be coming back for sure!

The only thing that could be improved is the hotel’s breakfast. Tried it 1 morning (as it wasn’t included in our room booking) but was not great. More of an old fashioned buffet style one with limited fruit, yoghurt and cereal choice, filtered coffee only (yikes!) and the cooked section was rather greasy. Way too overpriced. We used the cafe next door (T1 Express Cafe) instead the other days, can highly recommend; beautiful cappuccino’s and lattes, amazing granola/ fresh fruit/ yoghurt bowls, 4x types of breads all lovely toasted, and multiple cooked egg selections and even bagels - and all in very generous portions for very reasonable prices!

Location is amazing and so reasonably priced. Walking distance to everything - shopping and theatres as well as down to The Rocks / circular quay. The building is gorgeous and the renovated rooms lovely and spacious. Loved the complimentary mini bar drinks - was lovely to come home to a refreshing drink after lots of walking!

Just a few niggles - snacks we left in room thrown out. Tepid shower on final day - water just wouldn’t get hot. No explanation at check in about charges on card including room deposit which was over charged and I had to follow up for a refund. Was resolved quickly but a significant sum taken off credit card and it took a couple of days for refund to show up.

Bedroom was very comfortable and bed was lovely. Location was great. Very luxurious vibe in the hotel.

One aspect that I was unhappy with was, on our first morning, we went to breakfast 10 minutes late (10:10) as we were still a little jet lagged. We asked if we could eat as the food was still out and hot but the lady said we couldn't as it was closed. We ate at the next door cafe instead and when I went to use the bathroom, the lady in Grace was throwing away all the food in the containers that we could have eaten (and would have, happily, paid for). It felt very inflexible and, worst of all, very wasteful.

The Grace is our 'go-to' hotel is Sydney. We love the old style feel and look of the Hotel. The beds are super comfy, you get your fridge stocked with FREE refreshents each day, and it's in the BEST location, central to eveything. The parking is easily accessable, being underneath the hotel, only thing I'd say is that it's a little exe at $65 dollars a night (it used to be $50) so if you're staying the weekend you need to factor in that you'll be forking out an extra $130 for parking !!

We haven't stayed in our city for years, as it was my Birthday we stayed at this Beautiful renovated hotel, parking so easy- (Thankyou Vishal). All Staff were so helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was Amazing (Thankyou Krystal) extra large king bed, very comfortable, room was so spacious and so clean! mini bar with complimentary water and wi fi was great. Fabulous location, short walk to Darling Harbour, restaurants, and shops, approx.15 min walk to Circular Quay. We also had a late checkout gave us a chance to do more sight seeing. (Thank you Kate and Chelsea). Loved our couple of days in our City. So much more to see and do.

After a really hot day walking around the city we decided cool off in the indoor pool, it was pretty cold, just a small thing but we thought it was heated. It was refreshing though!

Check in and check out: friendly welcome from the staff at the front desks. Both check in and check out were quick and smooth. Rooms: beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Large in size with plenty of room to spread your belongings around. TV only had free to air options which these days one would expect some other streaming channels available. Bathrooms are spacious with all the required amenities provided. While a kettle etc is provided, would be great to have a Nespresso machine. House keeping: rooms are cleaned and turned over in a timely manner re you’re not waiting to late afternoon to have it completed. Location: central and easy short walks to all the main areas. Fantastic to be so close to George Street and surrounds and Darling Harbour and The Rocks. Great place to be based. Have stayed here several times and would continue to consider it for future trips.

Only some improvements or recommendations re Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms rather than the instant coffee granules. Foxtel channels or other streaming options for the TV.

We been here at least twice or more before COVID, the location was perfect, staffs are nice and friendly, room always great, and of course the shower definitely awesome.

We actually booked here for the gorgeous breakfast. Right before we check out, we just realised it isn't the one we were expecting through the whole journey. Pretty sad about that tbh, we really wish the awesome breakfast will able to comeback someday. We told all the friends about how great was The Grace's breakfast once we stayed here. And another one was about the soundproof of the room- it was pretty bad, I remember I did mention this in last time feedback. I can heard what exactly people talking even they weren't loud at all. Not able to use Chromecast, I guess was too many people using wifi, so it slowdown the connection. Wish this could be updated.
