Free Transport between restaurants and hotels Pool set up so amazing, the food, the towels, the bathroom facilities, the view even has sunscreen if you forget yours. The morning breakfasts were fantastic! Get that package. Spa and massage was awesome, pricey but worth it. The pavilion was very nice and highly recommended Jones beach was spectacular Not suitable for kids at all which is perfect for a quiet break

Its location at Bannisters Point was perfect, with great views of the ocean from all rooms. Our room was very large (we were upgraded to a 1br suite), with writing desk and king sized bed. The pool was unique with its infinity edge. Pool bar was relaxed, with big range of drinks and casual dining options. My wife loved the cosy dressing gown.

Reception was rather basic, more like a motel style welcome. No assistance was offered getting to rooms, with stairs needed to get to the second level. Hot water to the room failed, which took nearly an hour to fix. Car parking was not dedicated for each room. Bathroom had no hanging rails for towels. Overall - definitely not worth $450+ per night.

Location was stunning and easy walk to the beach. Loved the heated floor tiles, rain water shower head, balcony view out to the ocean and lovely decor. Our room was very close to Rick stein restaurant

Air conditioning was quite warm and couldn’t turn it down but could at least open door to cool it down. I thought for the price of a basic room breakfast could have been included or at least a basic bathtub to relax in

The breakfast was really good,so was the dinner at Rick Steins restaurant .

The resort was not really near anything and the alternative casual dining for lunch and for dinner if you didn’t want to eat at Rick Steins restaurant was very poor with only pizza, which if you were there for any length of time would be terrible. Plus we were travelling with family who had small children who wanted to eat early and again how many times during the day do you want to eat pizza .

The room was lovely, light filled and spacious, even the bathroom was a good size. The bed was big and comfy. The staff at Rick Steins were really friendly and welcoming. The outdoor spa was a nice touch and even in May it wasn't too cold to use.

The room, including the bathroom, had dim lighting which was fine except when you were trying to put on make-up.

The room was clean and spacious. But there is no Wi-Fi in both bedrooms. The first day was very uncomfortable. The advantage of this is that children cannot play with mobile phones in the room. So we can have more family time.

The room was a bit too bright in the morning so we couldn't sleep in 😅

I have a seafood allergy and there was only one choice on the menu which was not seafood. This was very disappointing, as it was a steak which was only average, and not much care given to its presentation. Usually when I go to a seafood restaurant there are a couple of choices for entree and main. Breakfast was lovely.

The pool was fabulous, Rick Steins restaurant was amazing. Bed was so nice and comfortable. Under floor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch.

Very hard to get a pool chair. Had to pay extra for breakfast. No room service breakfast available. Bathrooms were quite small and not much bench space.

The room was beautiful and we loved the view. TV was not working but was fixed quite quickly by a number of staff who went above and beyond to help out. They actually replaced the whole thing.

Beautiful room, super spa bath, enjoyed using binoculars. Transport to Bannisters Pavilion comfortable and no delays.

At breakfast no staff member asked us as to what we wanted for second course. We had our coffees, did self serve juices and fruit and yogurt. I got up from table after completing first half of breakfast to ask staff to take our order for omelette and bruschetta. That member then walked to table and admonished me for not wearing a mask when I had gone up to ask for the second course. Clearly I would not have got up had the staff been performing their duties and I did not appreciate her rudeness, clearly to snub me for daring to ask for our second course. Also disappointed when the advertisement emphasises ricks seafood restaurants opened seven days a week when on Tuesday 20th July it was not and we had to go to the Pavilion.
