Large rooms, multiple restaurants on site, in-dining available. The creams and shower gels etc available are of great quality. I was departing prior to breakfast bar opening so they had it packed and ready for pick up earlier on my departure which was very “above and beyond” for any hotel i’ve stayed at. The staff were extremely polite, professional and very accommodating. I didnt catch the Philipino receptionist name but she was a great help and took care of my many requirements

It was all pretty good to be honest. Just be mindful the showers can be quite slippery, even with anti slip mat provided

Room was nice and spacious and the breakfast was great with plenty of options for all tastes, wants and needs. The pool area was excellent. the internent was a little slow but worked ok . The resident Lyrebird was a nice addition to the grounds.

the fact that you had to join the Hilton Honors rewards program to get the free wifi was a bit of a pain (not a problem to join) the fact they already have all your details it surprised us that you had to join the program to gain internet or pay for it at a daily rate. Bar service from the pool was a little disorganised and had to go looking for our drinks. I think staff shortages are still hitting the industry a bit. most Hotels we stay in around the world these days provide complimentary water on a daily basis surprised that a hotel in the middle of a desert town doesn't think it needed to .

I was very impressed with the friendliness and approachable nature of the restaurant staff, especially at breakfast. Their smiles and willingness to ensure the diners had a wonderful start to their days were just so uplifting. I actually commented on it to my family because you don’t often see that level of authentic pride and care in someone’s work!

This was a lovely hotel, and we enjoyed every part of it. It would have been great to have seen the shop open occasionally as it seemed to be permanently closed. As tourists you are very keen to see the local handicrafts and art and this was a missed opportunity. It would have been lovely to have seem more emphasis on indigenous art especially the ethically sourced art and understood more about the provenance of the art on the walls. You’ve got so many big beautiful walls there crying out for some amazing indigenous art.

Good variety breakfast but porridge would’ve suited me better on the cold mornings. One of the Hilton’s in USA used to soak it in water the night before then quick to cook the next day. They’d cook it in water so everyone could eat it. The outlook was lovely especially facing the mountains. Staff were helpful.

You need recycling bins in the front so we can make sure things are recycled. It would be good to know the cost of the room service food as well as the surcharge. It was a bit of a shock when I received the bill. It would have been lovely if you had a local musician come & play the piano at least once in the five days we stayed, because you’re a big far from town especially since it’s very hard to get tacos at night. It would also be good if reception staff knew about local events. For instance there was a ceramics festival that was on but I only found out about it in town when it ended.

Location is close to city and airport, and quiet. Room is spacious, staff at breakfast buffet are very friendly. Kids enjoy their stay and the swimming pool. Beautiful peacock roaming the garden too. Hanuman restaurant on site is great. Late checkout 12pm is good.

Building may start to look a bit old with some paints flaking off the balcony handrails. Swimming pool ok, but had a few parts with tiles falling off (where safety cones are placed so you know where to be careful).

breakfast is one of the best in town room was nice .. but the bed was way to soft.. not a big fan of the shower over the bath. pool was amazing very inviting and well maintained

the swipe card box could be closer most have to get out of there car to swipe.. the shower over the bath can be very dangers especially for older people

The only thing I would like to mention,more lighting around the side entrance coming from the gym or tennis courts.We would come this way at night & although we knew the footpaths were lifted (we were always careful) one of the ladies did have a fall & landed on the rocks next to the path.Thank god no broken bones or glasses.But a scrape knee & bruised face.After this incident we used the front entrance.

Beds were very comfortable, access available at all hours. On Site parking, and free wifi was excellent. was able to add breakfast to my account on the morning I left. Check out went very smoothly.

There was a big group checking in at the same time, so check in took longer than usual. I was attending a function on the night I checked in, so I was not able to make use of room service.

The room was very clean and spacious with a comfy queen bed, lounge, large TV and desk. The bathroom was a good size with the shower over the bath. The room had a balcony overlooking a golf course and mountain range - nice to sit in the late afternoon. The room was serviced each day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location. Quiet area close to town. Comfortable bed, balcony overlooking golf course and mountains. Modern decor. 24 hour reception. Helpful staff.

Expected more for the money. It was 25 degrees so warm enough for a swim but the Pool was freezing. Food at Hunaman was amazing but could only get a booking 1 night out of 3. Saltbush restaurant fully booked for a couple of weeks. You can get room service from Saltbush or takeaway from Hunaman. They have tapas at the bar but closed 2 nights a week.
