Leonardo Hotel Antwerp The Plaza

We got a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. We got a suite with windows facing the street. Our suite had air conditioning, which we used to cool a little bit for better sleep. Breakfast is a regular German-style breakfast (muesli, cornflakes, omelet) with excellent coffee. The beds were firm and comfortable.

The hotel parking can not be booked in advance or on the spot. The city parking garages are 15+ minutes from the hotel and are more expensive than a place in the hotel garage. Street parking is not obviously marked, and the fees are the same as in a garage. Thus, it could be helpful to secure a parking spot at the hotel for the whole stay.

Very pleasant room in a decent location. Once you figure it out, it's easy to get to the main sights. It's in a very Hassidic part of town, so quite safe. The downside is that there are few imminent restaurants, meaning you always have to take z tram somewhere or walk 15-20 minutes. However that's a small inconvenience. Best get a tram pass. Super comfy beds, very nice front office staff.

On certain days the breakfast crew is a bit on the clueless side. But I suspect that is more on weekends to give other (very efficient staff a break). The toilet flush system takes forever to refill and the shower can be a bit slippery but once you know, you can work around it.

The room was excellent and the whole hotel was of a good standard.

The ashtray on our balcony was full on arrival and wasn’t emptied during our 3 night stay. Also the description of the room was that yea and coffee making facilities were included, but we only received 2 teabags and 2 coffee pods for the duration of our stay. We were told that we would need to purchase additional items from reception. I found this quite petty, as if I was staying only 1 night I would have got exactly the same as staying for 3 nights.

The room was clean. Big enough for a family of three. A big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The shower space and water pressure was tremendous. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. A spacious terras. The breakfast area was a good size. The breakfast was included and was just ok. The room had a safety box, a desk and enough room in the closet. There were hangers available too.

The bed was hard as was the sofa bed. There is no noise cancelling. We could here our neighbours from the floor above us. There was a lot of banging on the floor.

The front desk staff were very nice and gave us a free room upgrade. The room was so nice, with a little living room type area and a balcony. It was beautifully decorated and clean. It was perfect for staying with our baby.

Although the room was great with our baby, I think the location isn't so great for tourists with small children. It's a long walk with a stroller to the center. I think it is better suited to people who want to be close to the diamond district.

The hotel has it's own parking. The location is great. Hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are very nice and spacious. This hotel offers great comfort and the price is decent. Overall, no complaints about this hotel. (I've never had breafast or dinner at the hotel so can't tell about that)

Always like the hotel. Was there multiple times. Last time, the housekeepers might have done a better job at vacuuming the carpet under the couch. ( tiny detail)

Our room on floor 8 had a large balcony and breakfasts were included in the price. It was quiet at night and there was a tram stop nearby which connected us to both the old town, the shopping area and the central station.

Wasn’t particularly keen on the area in which the hotel is situated. There are no restaurants or decent bars nearby.

Public transport near the hotel. Breakfast was fine and enough, very friendly staff in the breakfastroom. Beds were fine and also the room

Very few and small parkingplaces, but we knew. There is a QPark in the nneighbourhood. Recommendable for big cars. We first got a wrong roomtype, the good one wasn't cleaned so we had to wait.

Very nice room!!! Big, luxury and easy to reach. parking is also very helpful, is small but we found a spot so it was perfect. Is Breakfast was nice, the staff on the breakfast seemed a little unexperienced.

I will advise to put some easy food like sandwich and hamburger on the menu instead of chicked curry. we wanted to eat on the restaurant but the menu was not convincing.

Really comfortable and friendly service. Our bed was huge and really comfortable. It's around 20m walk from the historical center but easy enough to walk around. Please note that despite that there is parking, it's likely to be full. But you can park in the main central station car park and it's less than a 10m walk to the hotel.
