Citadines Sainte Catherine Brussels

A sweet studio with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is excellent, so vibrant and lots of lovely shops and restaurants. The metro station virtually right outside the door. A large organic food market is next door. Amazing location!

as always in these studio kitchens, the knives are never very good! but that's about it. I really like this studio.

Location was excellent. Room had everything you need. The surroundings of the Hotel were unexpectedly wonderful, a broad boulevard, fountain at one end and St. Catherines Cathedral at the other (which was a good landmark for finding your way back to the hotel) Cafes packed around the Cathedral with a very busy and festive atmosphere in the evenings. Walking distance to most of the Must See places. The room had fridge stove and microwave so we could do our own breakfast and if required ready to heat meals could be bought at the small grocery store on the same street. We would definitely stay here again on another visit. Although we did not have the hotel breakfast we sat there waiting for our taxi to the airport and it had a very comfortable atmosphere with a free coffee and tea available. So a place to sit if you are waiting for your room.

Nothing to complain

Sympathy of the workers. Confortable bed. The room was spacious, clean and had several comodities such as tea, stove, microwave, washing machine... At the entrance area of the hotel, you can serve yourself free water or coffee any time of the day whenever you want, so this was a plus. Good location.

Everything was in order but they could have slippers in the room.

Hotel with a cosy, warm atmosphere, situated perfectly in Brussels dowtown, 1 minute from metro station. Rooms are also nicely refurbished, well equipped, well heated and silent (overlooking to an inner courtyard). Hotel lobby is nicely designed to have a chat and a cofee or tea, felt like a living room of a home. Chapeu to the staff, they were always very professional and kind. But a kind request for managers: it was not normal that most of the time one receptionist had to deal with the pre-Xmas crowd, don't let your staff down!

Twin beds were slightly uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have some very basic welcome package in the room: some coffeepods/nescoffee, a few tea bags, some sugar. You could get it in the lobby, so not a huge problem though.

This hotel wins best when it comes to location and accessibility. It's located at the heart of the city and you don't need public transport to access the best areas like Grand Place and other historical sites. When we checked in it was the beginning of the winter pret and the whole place transformed into a bustling Christmas market, it was a wonderful experience going around the city, it was so festive, safe, and very convenient to go around. Citadines is just a few steps away from one of the biggest Christmas markets with a giant Ferris wheel yet it was quiet and cozy inside the room. There are also historical churches around the area and lots of restaurant options. If you're a pescatarian or love plates of seafood, this is the place to be since this is a fish market area.

Staff could've been friendlier, many times we walked about and around the reception area and they barely say hi to you. The room was also bit cold, wish its warmer. But overall, this place is really lovely and accessible and would highly recommend to everyone who wants to visit the lovely city of Brussells.

location is great, very center and literally some steps from the subway station. all facilities are fine.,in the lobby you have 7/24 access to the coffee machine and tea, also tape sparkling water…

i had a window looking at the square — beautiful but very crowded and noisy on weekends‘ nights… i know, it is positioned as an aparthotel, but the towels should be changes at least once in three days. i stayed for four nights and there was no any service at all. if the rules are like that, they are wrong rules and should be changed. For 125 euros pro one night you can‘t use same towels for four days….

The reception staff was very attentive, accomodating and friendly. Gave me a lot of information with what i needed. The location to the metro station, walking distance to Grande Place and City Centre. Loads of restaurants, bars, gelato/ice cream and coffee shops to choose from. 30 Mins by train to the airport very convenient. Highly recommended.

The breakfast selection was not as extensive as i thought for EUR 17.00 i thought it was a bit expensive. We booked a double room but we got a twin bed, although quite comfortable, there was a lot of noise and drilling work accross the building from us. The lift area on the 5th floor, there were painting and renovation and i was covered with dust by breakfast time. Some forward notice to customers would have been placed for inconvenience.

The room was nice and had a view on the square, which was very attractive (and lively!). It was good to have the small kitchen, even if we did not make much use of it during our short stay. There was a variety of options on offer at breakfast and a pleasant area to eat in. It was also practical to be so close to the metro. The area was quite central and had a good selection of restaurants.

The breakfast was quite expensive and even though there were virtually no other breakfast customers the women responsible for the breakfast area insisted that we clear away our dishes ourselves. We found this rather unnecessary, especially considering the cost of the meal. There is a café on the square which seemed to be an alternative option for breakfast.

Great location in the city with small parking available underground. Room was clean and sofa bed pulls out into two single bed. Toilet separate from shower area so if multiple people, the toilet is not held up by one person showering. Bathroom needs some attention though, as after shower, everything is wet, including the sink cupboard that is starting to rot away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was clean and dust free with amenities like that of a small apartment.

Nothing comes to mind

The location of the Hotel is perfect. Right on the Place Ste.Catherine, surrounded by very nice restaurants, cafés and the area is very lively, without being overcrowded and noisy. The staff is very friendly, there is free coffe all day, the sitting area is cosy. We enjoyed very much staying here, we will for sure come back.

The showerhead was lose, it was a bit complicated to shower.The rubbishbin in the kitchen was not emptied upon our arrival, but the boy in the reception took it out, as we told him that it has been forgotten.
