The staff was a little rude to my sister,they said she needs to pay in the front that I called to them one day before asking about that she will pay in check out,and they said was fine,no problem.But when she arrived she waiting to her daughter arrive to pay and they don't believe in her. I thought this very strange,and I called to them from England to explain and the guy said my sister was a little bit lost...I thought weird anyway.

location is good, facilities are good in general and it’s comfortable.
when I checked in in the hotel, I had my reservation made here through booking.com and the receptionist suggested to charge at least 3x more, I had then to show my reservation and the price agreed. I found this situation really bad as he previously found my reservation and knew the value I had to pay, and tried to charge much more than it was agreed. Very unprofessional behaviour coming from one staff.

Bathroom is very old and with bad maintenance, water pressure really low coming from both the tap and shower.
