Good service, helpful staff. The food was delicious and the room service is very quick. Check in and check out were fast, with no complications. Complimentary water on the first day and complimentary Nespresso capsules every day!

I tried to contact the property via booking app. the first reply came after days. I had a few follow up questions that were never answered. The room was a bit different than what some of the photos showed (so don’t believe all you see on the deluxe suites, they’re not all like that, some are a lot less impressive).

One of the best hotels for the money in Brasilia. Breakfast is extensive with a large variety of food. The shower is amazing, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I usually prefer this hotel in Brasilia.

Parking can sometimes be cramped as they don`t have enough space for all cars. They ask you to fill out a precheck-in form to streamline the process but then ask for the same data again at the desk.

overall it is a hotel with a very reliable staff and with competent service.

in a few items there is a reluctant Management to allow flexibility with perks. A sense of cheapness such as with the room quota for Nespresso coffee capsules or with the paper napkins that instead of coming in boxes are wrapped in individual packages a couple per room per day.

The staff at reception went out of their way for a pleasant and professional check in. Everyone is very warm and professional, a difficult balance to attain. The receptionist Dhui went out of his way to help me very early in the morning. Congratulations.

Some of the breakfast foods --pao de quiejo, was cold. The cream cheese sandwiches seemed to be made the night before hand and were soggy.

I has been there before and know there is a great place to stay. The staff is really ready to make us stage perfectly and unique. my just issue is abou the hotel process, like I call to restaurant, Iwant a beer, juice or soda in the pool area and anyone have a plastic glass to give us. Because in the pool we cannot have glasses bottles, Without this everything is ok.

I loved the breakfast and found the room was comfortable.

The room was not clean around the chairs and had some hair on the floor. At the lobby, there was too much noise, I could not even hear the staff talking to me. The guests at the bar were talking really loud, and without face masks. Guests were also using the elevator without masks.

Location is perfect in city centre and it is near to mall, room was clean and big, Front desk was super

The location is perfect and the in house restaurant was very good. The staff was exceptional and was very responsive to our requests. The pool was very nice as was the exercise room.

The room was a bit on the smaller size not allowing for much work space. The WiFi was very poor, working intermittently.

The rooms are great, very clean and comfortable. Besides, our room had a wonderful view.

We faced a huge queue to check-in, about 30 minutes just to get the room key. When we checked out, we also spent a long time in line waiting to hand over the key. This was very tiring and made us rethink a future stay at the hotel.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly as the TV remote control. Also the bill was much more then what I was confirmed by booking. com.
