Food was good but mostly cool not hot, both for breakfast and lunch. Room service meal was the warmest.
We stayed over a week and the room cleaning got sloppier, they didn't completely change the bed sheets and left some dirt on the floors by the sofa

I came back here based on a previous good experience with my family. I booked a apartment with two bedrooms, so it’s make our stay with our kids even better. In the facility we also have two large restrooms and nice living room. In a nutshell, I’m feeling as well as at my home. Also, other positive aspect is the proximity to a shopping mall. You can go walking there.
I may say the distance to the great Brasilia area, but if you are in your own car, it may take around 20-25 minutes. Based on my comments above, I rather prefer to be here, even though I have to go this distance to reach Brasilia’s downtown. Avoid peak hours, to avoid some traffic jam.

They did not inform me on check-in that they only clean rooms every 3rd day, on the morning of my second day I requested them to clean when only they informed me of their 3-day policy. I requested them to at least remove the trash which they agreed to, when I got back to the hotel the evening they did not remove the trash. Again I called to request which they promised to do at once, an hour later I placed the trash in the floor passage out of desperation. I checked out 2 days early the next morning, they owe me credit but requested my full bank account details to pay this, I requested them to refund it to my credit card which I paid with but they refused. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.
