The staff were incredible friendly! The second we arrived we received a warm welcome and plenty of recommendations to fill our stay. I can honestly say each and every single person we interacted with went out of their way to make our stay pleasant!

The decor is a bit outdated and will need updating soon. At the same time we were missing sun umbrellas by the pool area.

Staff were fabulous. Without demeaning any of his colleagues, receptionist Thiago in particular was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and courteous and should be commended as a credit to his employers

Restaurant meals were poor value for money, undercooked and served too cold.

The hotel is very nicely located near the water front, and close to shopping, restaurantes and bars. It is very nice to run along the water front, and it is a very safe area. The room was large and the wifi worked very well all the time.

The gym was small, but this was not a major issue.

I loved the breakfast 😆, was extremely good 😊 I enjoyed everything both the rooms and the other services provided. I will definitely come back to that city because of this hotel. Thank you, the staffs was super friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious. The location is very good, close to restaurants and shopping centers.

Unfortunately there was no room service during my stay. Also, one female receptionist was a unhelpful when I asked her to call a tour for some information, because I don't speak portuguese; instead, she told me to write via whatsapp.

staff at front desk were great - they went out of their way to speak english with me which I really appreciate. Hotel super clean, bedding was amazing. Breakfast good- perhaps more kids cereal options would be good. Great place , location was perfect

one rude lady at reception - lighter coloured hair, always seemed grumpy.

The location of the hotel is great, central to shopping / restaurants. Valet parking ensured our car was safe and secure. Our spacious room had a great view. The room was clean with everything you need inside. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was plentiful with a great variety.

Staff were all very friendly as they arranged a transfer to the airport with a lovely gentleman

Noisy. We were on the second floor, and were awaken in the middle of the night with noise from guests in the corridor. It is not much the hotels fault, but I think it’s their job to warn people to be quiet during nighttime.

the price for the accommodations was significantly higher compared to a year ago, making it difficult to continue to choose this hotel

Very good location in downtown Florianópolis, one block away from a big and convenient mall. Very friendly staff, all very helpful. They are very compliant with the measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19.

It was very noisy during the day. Maybe because we were right under the gym.
