ibis Manaus Aeroporto

A VERY EXCELLENT food selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had the buffet on all occasions. Food quality was excellent and there was variety. Kitchen personnel came out regularly not only to freshen up the selection but to check food temps with infrared measuring devices, which impressed. The room is quiet, water pressure is phenomenal and the hot water is hot. Staff is delightful, friendly, professional but not stuffy. Joseanne at the front desk speaks excellent English, although she will deny it, all the while speaking in English. Restaurant staff excellent. Housekeeping also, going out of their way to make sure my stay was optimal.

VERY minor maintenance issue in the shower: the door needs a rubber/plastic seal so it doesn't slam glass on glass. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

We only stayed there after arriving late at night and before being picked up for a tour to the Amazon. the location was perfect for that. the staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. they gave us blankets because the room is rather cold and we could store our luggage there for three days. the shower was the best we had in Brasil. the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. wifi worked well. breakfast was pretty decent. i would stay there again when being in Manaus.

the room is pretty cool due to the necessary air-conditioning. there could be more vegan options at breakfast (for example plant milk) and it would be nice if there was water in the minibar (you have to buy it at the bar)

Comparing with all Ibis I have been already, this was the best one! Super comfortable, nice, modern and super clean rooms and common areas! The breakfast was very good! The staff was super helpful and gave nice suggestion on where to go for dinner nad other local tips!

This is not abad thing, but if you want to stay near main attractions in Manaus, this hotel could be too far for you - and in a region with many traffic car.

Friendly staff and easy check in at very early hours of the morning. The AC worked well and the pressure of the shower was incredible. Wifi also worked well.

The room smells of damp; they really need dehumidifiers to help keep humidity at bay. Clothing and bed sheets feel slightly damp after a while. The TV is not smart and so no Netflix or online access.

It was a good value and close to the airport. Great for somebody who just needs to sleep or recover while waiting for a connecting flight.

It had a kind of bad smell throughout, not totally offensive but noticeable. Also everything felt damp—my sheets, my clothes. Must be the humidity.

Nice entrance hall with attractive and comfortable decoration.

Ibis could offer hand towels (only full-size towels are available). The illumination inside the apartments is of low intensity which is good for comfort but not adequate if you need to work in the apartment, a need that is frequent for business travelers. The electrical installations offer only 220 volt outlets which may be limiting to some electrical appliances in Brazil. 127 Volt outlets would be also convenient.

Good location, friendly staff, all as expected.

The room aircon said please keep it at 22 degrees maximum because of the risk of water condensation (to eliminate the risk of mold?), which was tough for someone not used to aircon. Also it put in question the isolation quality of the hotel (but it felt fine).

earlier this week i stayed on the second floor - it was uncomfortable and not clean. this time i stayed in the fourth floor- it was great. would stay again in the renovated rooms

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel. Nice room, great shower. Very convenient location.

Restaurant service could have been a little friendlier and more engaging.

It is newer, clean and close to the airport. A good value for the money spent.

The room was too cold, the television would not turn off even after new batteries and a new remote.
