The breakfast is delicious!!! The bed is super comfortable. Location was close to the beach and some restaurants.

The hotel practically don’t have common areas. So if you stay here, consider that you’ll have access only to your bedroom, which is nice. The staff wasn’t able to provide me basic travel information (such as where to buy a SIM card, or what to do in the city).

Some odor/smell in the bathroom (I guess, there was a leak in toilet). And I the reception didn't have the change of money when I bought a bottle of water. I gave 20 RS for 2 bottles of water, which costed 18 RS, but they didn't have change and the receptionist said "No problem" : ))))

The first and good impression of the hotel has unfortunately worsened a bit every day. On arrival we were greeted very friendly and helpful by a young man at the reception. Unfortunately I forgot the name (sorry), but in principle it was the only employee in the hotel who was always friendly, helpful and also pandemic-compliant. Our room on the 6th floor was a good size. Unfortunately, the walls or the black wooden beams were quickly painted on the same day. The next day the smell of paint was gone - it can happen that repair work is poorly planned. Unfortunately, the hotel did not mention in the Booking.com description that there is a major construction site next to the hotel - with the corresponding noise and dust.

The hair of the previous guests or staff in the room on arrival was found in the room even days later. Once the cleaning of the room was completely forgotten and another time there were no new towels, after a complaint we at least got the shower towels. The big annoyance was the breakfast buffet - with a pandemic hygiene concept that was only intended for hotel guests but not for the staff. The responsible employee diligently asked the hotel guests to use masks and gloves at the buffet - as far as good - unfortunately you could see the same employee and the other staff at the buffet, in the restaurant or on the way to or from the kitchen without a mask and / or gloves. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the kitchen with the pandemic rules. For each guest there was a small plate, saucer and cup wrapped in foil. Pandemic concept - The idea is good, but if I put food on the only plate I have at the buffet - how am I supposed to prepare my bread at the table. Or I have to go to the buffet five times ... and meet the other guests at the buffet several times - they have the same problem. Impossible in times of pandemic. On the first day I was surprised that the kitchen wanted to freshly prepare different typical dishes every day. Idea good - but either the cook was in love (too much salt) or there was the news ... Preparation from 7 a.m. or not today. I learned the food of the gods (gelatine) as a child from my mother. The big secret of gelatine is that you have to mix the gelatine very well with the liquid - either the gelatine was liquid like soup, rock hard like plastic or colored on top and white below - it can happen for a day, but it was almost the whole week so.

Mattress was VERY uncomfortable. Hotel only provided a VERY thin blanket that was very poor quality and was scratchy. I stayed 2 nights in a week, one night I was in a bedroom which the window was broken. The second stay they out me in a bedroom which the shower handle would fall. The bed had springs and was so used that I almost fell from the bed as the springs wouldn’t hold you.
